Might be that usually when this happens they just give him another icon anyway. That would fill the icon slot regardless of the rule.

Really isn’t. New fifa can have new rules whereas jack changed them per episode. He did this to himself in a previous episode so he’s done it to himself so it’s not like he’s doing it to benefit himself
