Lisa you are very wise. I like the way you retell your personal stories as well as from the Bible. I have a hard time seeing myself the way God does. I have recently started to believe that God actually delights in me. But even in the church, people push me aside as unimportant and it's super painful. I am 41 and it hurts every time. I have been crying out to God because I want to love myself and not view myself through others. It's a battle but Jesus won it. I have to fight with faith that Jesus doesn't see me or treat me the same as others sometimes. Thank you for this and for your vulnerability.

I have no words.... But The Lord is head over heels with Love for us ..... beautiful.....

Omgoodness, the Lord used your message to speak to me in a deep valley! When you used the scripture, “With one glance of your eyes, you captured My heart!” Song of Solomon 4:9 God spoke that into my ❤️…I burst into tears n spent time talking with Him-Such a beautiful time!! Struggling with MS taking over my walking n finding it very difficult to lose weight. BUT I am not my circumstance, n MS is a distraction for what God is doing in my life! I’m always being used my Him to encourage n lift others up. MS has labeled me as a Mighty Soldier for His glory n purpose!! Thank you for sharing your msg, exactly what He needed me to listen to today💞

Thank you, Lisa because I just came into acceptance about the rejection of my father. Though he refuses to leave a woman (his girlfriend) but who left me consistently in life to be with many different women. Now starting a whole new family im grateful for my new siblings but man do I feel rejected. He is going to stick with them. I pray better than he did for me... Amen! Oh yes I have. Just a pretty face if only the body followed. 20 to 30 lbs. LISTEN LADIES no man's attention or affection should ever be a deal breaker on looks or function. It can change. Me neither when I tried. So I let God be my man until 42 years I released what I thought was a good fit. You can't judge a book by its cover but by their fruit.

Honestly, I would have run screaming... Get behind me Enemy..
