First of all, what in the world are you exegeting? Scripture or some story that happens to be true? You cannot base doctrine on other people's life stories. Jentezen, you're supposed to be preaching the Word. Stop scratching itching ears. Where does it say in the text that everyone was selling their land? It does NOT say that. Don't put into Scripture what is not there. Despite what you think, you indeed are "into the latest popular opinion" in Christianity. Your mishandling of the Scripture every time you speak proves it. You cannot correctly handle the Word of God. Turn away from preaching the popular false gospel, and preach the true Gospel, which is the power of God unto Salvation.
