My sentiments exactly! That's why we build vehicles, to our own liking, not someone else's liking. If you were to build it to appease the community, then all originality is gone. I think your build looks great! I just bought a 2024 Bronco and my thing is to make it as fast as possible, I won't be off roading it because that's just not what I'm interested in. Hell, if I can squeeze a Whippled 5.0 Coyote in it at some point, I will.

That a beautiful machine!! I would never go off road purposes in a jeep 😂. Most of the people who own jeeps will never go off road , even those who modify them for such purpose. It’s no different than people who by pick up trucks and will never haul anything other than a few bags of mulch 😂😂😂

As someone who uses my wrangler to go off road, I will say I agree with you! Everyone has opinions. Personally I have a sport and I get hated for that alone. I make mine look the way I want and so should everyone. No matter how you use it it's expensive. I may not like your wheels but I can respect the work you have put into your ride. Personal preference!!!!

💯 I feel the same. I have had my Jeep for less than a month and have added quite a bit including the biggest tires I could. My friends asked me why since it’s my daily driver and I won’t take it off road like others. Love the rugged look but not going to ruin it.

I see those people as well and I just don't get it. It's your jeep, not theirs. If you walk out your door, look at your Jeep and thin "damn I love my jeep" then that is what matters. Nothing else. I have those same inner fender liners on my rock crawler and love them.

Whichever way a Jeeper modifies his/her/them/their Jeep will always be money wasted to those that don't find value in said modifications. You're right, mostly, it's a cultural difference. It's also a choice to be closed off to learning each other's culture, both as time changes as well as when plunging yourself into another's culture. A Jeeper into off roading "culture" wouldn't find value in putting 150 spokes with bullet knockoffs, an all white Frieza themed wrap with purple highlights, candy painted bumpers to match, custom fitted fiberglass sound walls pushing over 12k watts, rgb halos, underglow... the list goes on. Just as a Jeeper in the mall crawler culture wouldn't find value in running Currie 60s front and rear with ball joints deleted, 4BT with the ZF-S5 gearbox, beadlocks on a 42s, hydro steer, skid plates, coilovers, custom roll cage.... the list goes on.... The Jeep community isn't toxic, it's those that are a part of it that won't accept that the community is filled with people of different cultures and are unwilling to learn through either interaction or education about the cultures that exist outside of their own..... Shout out to those that didn't need to Google any of that!

I build a mall crawler tj, check my shorts. But here’s the thing I want to drive a nice looking jeep daily, and to do that you have to do off road modifications. I even have a cb radio that I have no use for 😂 even my gf said it’s stupid but the reason why I did it is because I have the cb mounted on my windshield bar and the antenna on the rear right taillight, they both look awesome! You should look into that. And without us mall crawler I don’t think Jeep will still exist only selling to off road enthusiasts.

The Jeep community is very toxic, probably more than any other offroad community. I personally don't care what people do to there own Jeep. If they aren't making the payments they don't get a say in what you do with it. Also, not everyone lives in an area where you can even go offroad. I live in the desert so my Jeep is setup for crawling and offroad recoveries. My main concern is being prepared and getting my family off the grid when SHTF.

Remember just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t! Mall Crawlers are just as popular as any other style of Jeep! It’s probably the most popular style of jeep because most people never go off roading
