Can you please tell me why , myself and my ex husband went to mediation for modification of child custody . We came to an agreement and he and I plus both of our attorneys plus the mediator all signed the new order that we had agreed to and got a court date for the next week for Court. Well, when we got to court next week, my attorney pulled me to the side and told me that he had changed his mind and that we were going to have to cancel today’s hearing which would’ve been our final hearing. How does he have a right to do this I thought that was a final legal action

I am going to a hearing for a DV Temporary restraining order on 9/28 and they ordered a mediation 9/28. We been separated for almost 4 years but he harrases me thoughout. I forgot to send and request the itemized financials when i filed for divorce in 2/2022 so my case has been on hold. Ibitially i was ok with shared custody. Now im not. Now that the DV case is opened, would it be possible to request child custody since dad uses drugs and is negligent. Or do i have to request emergency request for orders before mediation? Also dmif i dont agree with the ex at mediation can i ask for a second one? If so how? And what can i use that time for? Also, at the hearing will the judge just focus on the dv allegations or address custody too if we havent agreed to something. Also i need to bring my financials? Or complete the forms online of do this before mediation or trial. I havent filed taxes for 2 yrs. What else can i bring or provide instead? Must i file this. Im in Califonia by the way.

Yes my experience with meditation is that is a big fat joke! We did it, we agreed to it , his attorney my attorney signed and so did the mediator. My ex attorney filed for our final court hearing which got scheduled for the next following week. I walked in the quart room the day of a coordinate my ex was there. His attorney was there. My attorney was there every was there. My attorney then pulled me into my side room right before we were to walk into the quart room and said well his attorney called me and said that they forgot to add something that I went out to the mediation and if you don’t agree to it right now, then you’re not walking in the courtroom! I said Excuse me, we left out a lot of stuff in our agreement. He signed it it’s over with. I’m not doing mediation out here! Right before the hearing! So it got canceled! I mean is a settlement agreement that useless!?!??!-SC

My lawyer was bullying me into accepting a bad deal, even suggesting “this is a good deal, because if we go to trial the judge might make that order of protection permanent.” The deal?! The mother was to withdraw the Order Of Protection and filed charges, as long as I voluntarily: -). Grant her SOLE, since they don’t use FULL anymore, custody. -). “the final saying on mutual decisions we make, in the best interest of the children.” 😂😂 Even the judge’s clerk suggested for me to go across statelines, to see/get my children. Family Court’s the worse, given the lack of transparency, and not to mention the way it’s been hijacked by lawyers with an open anti-family agenda.

???What is discovery? I have been going to court for nearly 5 years. My first lawyer blindsided me by committing to a meeting with stbx and his former lawyer at her office! I walked in to a "surprise - we're here to mediate" with no mediator and my lawyer said she didn't have time to come in with me - at her office!!! I walked out; demanded my files and fired her. That was 3 years ago. She sent me a bill recently for $500. She hasn't been my lawyer for 4 years. I gave the bill to my current lawyer because on the bill there is a printed threat that if I don't pay she will take me to court and all fees will belong solely to me. He said: she's desperate, losing her paralegal to me and can't keep clients; her ethics have boiled to evaporation - let her sue you; she'll lose. However, my lawyer has been saying "this is for discovery" but, what are we trying to discover???

The hearing officer gave us NO choice. I told her multiple times i dont agree. I tried explaining all my concerns about my kids safety. The father of my kids has not had any part of their lives since they were 2, 1, and 7 months old. I had a pfa for good reasons. He violated it and it extended. He knew he could file for visits for 8 years now and never has. Even after pfa expired he never once asked to see my kids. He never included his pfa and violation in the his criminal record. Also over the last 3 years he had 2 other pfas from 2 other woman showing hes still violent. When i brought all these issues up the hearing officer literally said to me “thats the past, hes here now trying.” (Literally 4 months ago he was freaking out on me saying f me and the kids. And how to sign over his rights so he can have the child support dropped) the hearing officer told me if my kids are in danger they are old enough to use a phone. She also told me i would need to have my kids see a therapist since it will be a huge change for them to have him come back now. She gave him a huge power trip. I told her i still do not agree and would like to take this to court. She then told me that it doesnt matter if i agree and if i try to take this to court the judge is going to look at me badly and he will likely get full custody. Now hes constantly posting about how he finally won against his bitter baby mama on social media, texting me things like “you MUST confirm this is the correct number or you will be held in contempt. Hes just making digs. Im disgusted they dont care about the kids. Seemed like they cared about him and nothing else.

Yes. I went through gal training awhile back and they made that clear. That's why the training was so important, because we'd be mostly working with families with abuse or drug problems. Every case and judge is different though and especially if it's been awhile since the evaluation or something has majorly changed I wouldn't be surprised if you could get a second evaluation or something. My ex tried to get that but the judge said he'd have to pay the $5k for it (would have required the gal to travel to Florida and Massachusetts from Virginia)

Hi I have a couple questions talk about but I wanted to go and file for a reconsideration of the case of the evidentiary more than that happened here in PIMA COUNTY. 1.) This evidentiary hearing went on without me I had no way of finding a babysitter for my two sons and might with my nine-year-old that I was going to court for I called the judiciary assistant and I was calling her several times and she playing phone tag. I let her know that it was an early out for my two boys and my nine-year-old was the one that was going to court for and I had no way of finding a sitter and I called ahead of time . THE JUDICIARY ASST failed to tell the judge that I had called her several times and she called me back and left messages so the hearing went on without me. It says in the motion that there were so many minutes into the hearing and I wasn't there and I say that I didn't call but I did. They lied and I have ways to prove different because basically the judge made these decisions without me being able to to counteract their statements and I have all the paperwork and I have everything to prove that they basically lied under oath or lied to the judge in court with several almost all of theirstatements they made I have people that are willing to be people that will sign an affidavit I have paperwork discounters acting all their statements that they lied 100% to make it look like I was something that I wasn't. The judge made some decisions that were very traumatic and very immediate I had my son for 4 years prior everyday I was sending them out for counseling I have everything to contradict everything that they said but I don't know how or what I would file to get the reconsideration and just to show that they basically lied made false allegations. And I do have all the stuff to counteract it so how would I or what would how would I file for reconsideration his dad is very controlling p better than filling out all the paperwork and they just recently found some tiktoks up my son made so they both have marijuana books in their hand and they're smoking and my son is doing the tiktok and my son was out walking around late at night on a busy Street and he's only nine. So basically my question is is what would I eat go to go file for reconsideration of the case of the original judge that made the judgment she's now a civil judge longer in the family court so I would be going in front of a different judge what would you recommend please please please help 😞😞🤞🤞🤞🤮Atari of the run-on sentences I'm using voice text so that's why the run on sentences that I know how to articulate my apologies

Paternal grandmother hasn't let me talk to or see or visit with my 9yp daughter. I missed her whole 3rd grade year of school and even her 9th birthday bc of gma. So I filled to modify the order. Cps hasn't been involved ever. My daughter's safety isn't in question with me or gma. But I have maternal rights I guess I need to re establish. So judge ordered mediation. I've only been trying to mediate with this woman for over a year with no success. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want communication and reasonable parenting time etc. I haven't had the privilege of opinion let alone any decisions made about my daughter whatsoever and I'm not cool with that. At all. And being ignored for so long without contact is so painful. I can only imagine what she's been told or what she thinks. I'm concerned mediation will result in trial. And I can't afford a lawyer for trial. I could barely afford one to help me file the modification. During the court pre trial hearing, I didn't get to disclose the current alienation that's going on, before mediation was ordered. So I'm going to go through this process, still being ignored. Mediation is in 3 weeks. Court about mediation is the following week. Meanwhile it's been 380 days since I've had any contact with my daughter whatsoever. I hope and pray we can come to agreements. Thanks for your video. Good tips to know my first time going in😊.

Once arrested, it’s all downhill for you, because 89% of them fuckers, come to the dais with an agenda, so they can move to the next case. There’s nothing more adversarial to men, than family court,

@@MACorrupt She’s an attorney who makes her living within those courts. Why would she speak against them, risking being blacklisted?! However, she gives hints and is for US to figure it out. I don’t know how bad it is in Massachusetts, but in NYC?! Two recent cases come to mind: 1-). A father comes ASAP from Virginia, to get his daughters after the mom got locked up. Guess who the judge gave custody to?! The mom’s stepmother. 2-). A man DNA tests his kid, the mom makes a scene claiming “invasion of privacy,” “he had no right,” etc. The judge tried the “in the best interest of a child” abused line, on the guy (y’know, “think on the emotional impact on the child,” etc). he didn’t bend so the judge tried to put a gag order on him under contempt, which was late because the man already told the kid. He asked the judge to release him of all the responsibilities and void the certificate. Guess what she told the man… “Well, it’s your fault for not finding out sooner.” And to think this fucker will be allowed to retire and enjoy her juicy pension?!?!

My ex tactically and willingly violates the visitation, with no fear of repercussion. Wanna know why?! There’s none for women! Now, let our asses do that and watch how quick them kids are snatched from us. What you can do is hire a lawyer who can present this to the judge, in chronological order. You guys are heroes *Uncoverlinks.* Making the world a better place, for real!!! I love the evidence after the access to win my child's custody. Does the FBI have a department doing something like this as well? If not, have they asked you guys to train people and teach them? Even if this idea is out of your hands I'm convinced they should acknowledge this issue and take action. I get so pissed off when I think of people are being cheated by those they love with all heads..
