This car is very cool. Ida maybe hidden the cage a bit and left some sorta back seat. Same with “dash.” It could really surprise a lot of different kinds of go-fast types.

She's a beast! I'm in the midst of building my new whip. I just put together a 468 big block. I'm going old school. Looking for a g body roller or really anything I can stuff that bohemeth in. Wish I knew more about computers but I'm an old fuck so doing an old school carburetor build maybe even a tunnel ram. Love your ride!

I remember that car running around lima.. as a note look into a dry sump oil system for doing donuts. the last engine died do to the oil being pushed out of the pickup from gforce. I've got 5 ls swapped g bodies and found out the hard way on hard launches and donuts

How are dry sumps for just daily driving? Is there anything to look out for when running them or any extra maintenance? I know the Corvette used it on the LS7 but I wasn't sure if non-oem ones were any different

Hey man im having trouble getting my 5.3 ls installed in 84 cutlass g body. did you use headers or stock manifolds , cuz my stock manifolds are hitting driver side frame rail and area with brake aportioning manifold which the tranny gear changer lever is attached to.

Summit Racing has some manifolds that clear the frame. I used them on my 84 cutlass.

I used the hooker g-body specific engine swap mounts and their long tube headers. everything fit really nicely!

Made sense to do an LS Swap??

Depends on what condition you buy the motor and who you buy it from. I have a 79 Malibu about to put a 350 small block in it. The new gen LS motors are going to run you pretty high because you have to look into ECU's and fuel injecction unless you want carburated.

Heard that oil over heat/ lack of issue is due to oil pump low to high pressure setup getting jammed up, and dimples on gears help lube, and a little porting with more spring compression. ..Check out stock LS oil pump upgrades modifications. ✌️

At the time the 408 stroker motor had a custom grind TSP cam. i believe it was 240/248 or something similar.
