This feels like a follow-up to "Don't look into their eyes" and i am totally about to listen to the two on loop. they even feature the very same vocals, it's like you have a band that is making an axiety-themed album.

It's funny that you say that, because the original design had her mouth under the tape, it was going to be something along the lines of a "horrible nutcracker mouth". But, the final design settled on her not actually having a mouth where her mouth should be. This comment make me cackle!
