Phir v English me 25 kr leta hu mock test me mujhe ye nhi pata chalta h ki english newspaper kyu bolte h padhne ko

sir main editorial padta tu muhje 80-90% samajh aa jata hai bt jab mai summary likhta hu to muhje yaad hi ni rahta to iska solution bataye plz?

Start reading slow and start writing the summary as soon as you finish reading it. Soon you'll start remembering more

Ek hi the hindu ke editorial ko padhne me 2 se 3 ghante lag jaate hain mujhe to kya ye starting me aapke saath bhi hota tha ?

Yes. time ke saath reading speed badh jayegi plus newspaper ki language smjh aane lagegi so time reduce hojaega don't worry
