Ha, I still have with me my Leatherman Tool. Not to use it on a carbon road, but I cannot leave hoe without it (since 1995).
Found out yesterday that I need to carry valve cores. Managed to bend one back and sort of make it work but it almost ruined a ride.

Mini Leatherman with the scissors head. I find more useful than the pliers.

Whilst I agree and would also happily carry the leatherman it may be illegal to carry where you live if it has a locking blade. Just something to be aware of.
Well park tool is the only one who makes hex sets, you can get one that has them all.
Just get a set of Hex keys that can be used separately (such as IceToolz) and get the sizes of Torx keys that you will need.
Make sure to do the opposite of what he says. I mean look at the slug above his lip ha 🤣
