Mainly in North India people give more importance to western cloths compared to Indian attire. whereas in Tamil Nadu and Kerala many super rich people regularly wears Shirt and dhoti to attend Business meets and conferences...There is huge respect for people who wears Dhoti in south...but in North it is totally reverse.

@@ritvikg I stayed in Delhi, kanpur, Gurgaon, Jaipur. I mean people give more importance to western cloths and they feel proud wearing it. I don't see any one wearing saree or kurti pyjama in Delhi metro.. In Delhi Even few restaurants denied entry for people in saree....All this is because of the mindset of North Indian upper class(High income) society, That upper class society in North India gives more importance to western attire...But in south the upper class society gives importance to traditional attire...There won't be a single restaurant which can deny the person in saree,dhoti or pyjama in TN or kerala.

Although the old man was pushed out, he still understand today's generation and told his son to forgive them. Proud to have such type of Father. 👍

A similar incident happened in karnataka recently. A farmer went to the Mahindra showroom to buy a car. The sales guy insulted him seeing his attire saying he cannot afford to buy the car. The farmers went and returned with 10 lakhs. So moral, don't judge anybody by their appearance.

U have chosen a very good topic. Thus actually happens in life. I was treated in a similar fashion in belgaum karnataka in a footwear shop. I was too young to retaliate to that salesman. But bought a good footwear n came back without complaining to the owner. 14yrs after ,now I feel I shd have retaliated. Hope such kinds of shows enlighten such people.

Absolutely same incident happened to me when I went to buy a cloth at ISKCON, Vrindavan. The shopkeeper treated me like a begger & dragged me out of the shop. It changed whole lot of perceptions regarding devotees of ISKCON. I don't blame all devotees but few are like this.

This truly is a good video. I have experienced such judging salesmen and storekeepers who make fun or insult of customer's attire. A store Loosing a customer's good will is like laying their path to loose business.

Showroom runs on sale and that sale brings money which pays for everything, from staff salaries to maintenance,rent and even profit to the owner. That sale happens because of customers who pays money. So money is what matters not that customer is rich or poor. As a marketing & hrm degree holder I always treated every person with same importance which most people don't understand. Even someone spends 1 rupees in some showroom,1 paisa goes to staff salaries.

We had a lifetime time experienced when we visited the famous RAMRAJ showroom , even though we.were capable of buying their costly dhoti and shawls, and we never visited that showroom for any function of our family there after .

These things happen regularly everywhere in India. Unless u r not driving a big suv, or not good looking....or are not perceived good looking or dressed in Indian styled clothes u r treated badly. Joints of Italian or Thai foods expect stupidly that you should know their menus and pronunciations even though we are indians.

I agree Vinit. Different kinds of discrimination is practiced in India. Posh shops, showrooms, restaurants etc look down upon persons who are dark, short, don't come in cars, don't speak in English, if they are not good looking or if their clothes are not fashionable or expensive.

Therefore, the lack of place for spiritual knowledge in the education system is the main reason for such expansion of corruption. A specific course called philosophy exists, which can be taken by anybody if interested and we find very very few students only in such course! This is not correct. The philosophy or spiritual knowledge should be common to every student from L.K.G. to P.G. level since every citizen needs the inbuilt resistance to the sin. Introduction of the spiritual knowledge in the education system alone can bring a permanent solution, which is the fundamental rectification. People misunderstand that spiritual knowledge is limited to nivrutti (God & devotion etc.), which is the second part only. The first part of the spiritual knowledge is actually the pravrutti (social justice). You must remember that the Lord said in the Gita that He comes down to earth to establish pravrutti only (dharmasamsthaapanaarthaaya …). Universal Spirituality for World Peace

Balance of creation is maintained when specified items exhibit their specified properties assigned by God. All inert items like fire, water etc. are strictly following will of God. God created this universe for entertainment. Entertainment is disturbed if natural balance is upset. God has given freedom to human beings, which is inherent desire of souls. Since He is omnipotent, He has unlimited freedom. But souls have very little potentiality. Their freedom is naturally conditional & limited. I had a similar experience whilst buying suit length for myself during an occasion a sales guy in Van-Heusen showroom thought I was looking at price labels but I was looking at fabric composition as most of the suits in India don’t have or have very less wool percentage. The salesman told me prices maybe bit beyond my range and I should try some other store. This store Infinity Mall Malad West Mumbai. I just smiled and left the store without any explanation. Raymond had a custom tailoring store in front of Van Heusen store in that same mall. I picked opted for custom tailored 2 piece British style suit. To be delivered on priority 1 week. I left the Raymond’s store happy and I went to Vanheusen store on the way back home. I pointed out at the guy at the sales desk told him of the entire thing how the sales man treated me and told him there was nothing at his store that could buy they were just not worth it.

Not only in this shop but also in our society people are valued by their clothes, mobiles,looks etc
