Damac hills 2 is the best location, im not here hating, and i agree that each major community has its perks and growth factors, but... do your studying before coming out in public advising people about where to buy, now because of that contradiction, international clients who're not that educated about dubai's market will be confused.

As per the latest news from rta They are expanding the hessa street road and soon the traffic issue will be resolved.
