Don't Give Up! It's Not Too Late: God Redeems the Wasted Years

Before the rapture, you can still do something for the Lord!

What have you decided about Jesus?
God will judge all people for what they decided about His Son, Jesus. Those who believe in His death, burial and resurrection for their sins are forgiven. Those who do not are judged on how they kept the moral law. Unfortunately not one person in history except Jesus was capable of doing that. Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
All are guilty of breaking God’s laws. In a court of law the guilty would be condemned to a punishment. Someone has to pay the fine. If we trust in Jesus, He takes the punishment we deserve (pays our fine) and saves us. Those who don’t trust in Him have to pay their own fine. And God pays you for your sins with death. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Pray something like this: “Dear God, I am sorry for being a sinner. I believe Jesus is God who was crucified, died, was buried, and resurrected so His blood can wash away my sins. I only trust in Your blood alone to save me - not my good works or anything else. Please save me from hell. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
That’s it. It really is that simple and easy to be saved. If you have placed your trust in Jesus for salvation, you are saved forever and you cannot lose your salvation. John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Great encouragement to stay strong in these last few days. God is so good to never give up on transforming us. Interesting insight and comparison into John Mark and Demas. As I’ve been reading through the Bible this year I’m always amazed at God’s patience and how he uses people in spite of their flaws. Thanks for sharing! God bless you abundantly! ❤

@DAR858 I agree! Nothing in the Bible is by chance. I don’t think anyone will ever be able to fully know all the treasures hidden in the Bible. It’s an endless source, isn’t it?
