I definitely think it would enrage him. It reminds me of the DMC2 novel, where Dante had to kill an alternate version of Trish. It did in fact bother him that he had to kill someone who reminded him of his Mom, and it gave him flashbacks to Eva. I have a feeling Vergil would react similarly while letting his rage/pain turn into power

Actually, it is a very good tactics, to let your opponent win several times. And then, Vergil takes it all, when you least expect it. P.S. My favorite character in UMvC3 is Wesker. I love his combos and counter-ability for almost every move.
