@ZoneFighter1 So true. Lockdowns, etc, are a SCAM to wipe out the middle class. Sadly, that's working. Heard this morning that Nevada, Arizona, and Florida each have a 50% rate of people being behind in rent and mortgages. Poor people are easier to control. "Do as we say and we'll see to it that your family gets fed."

From my own personal experience: 1. Make yourself irreplaceable. Figure out how to do something not many people can do and do it really well. 2. Write a book one word at a time. First you have a word, then a sentence, then a paragraph, a chapter, and before you know it you have a novel. Great stuff Mike. I love your channel.

All 5 of these things go so well together, if you got a crew who goes by the same rules, you are delegating to people who will have a plan when they run into a problem and won't call you not knowing what to do, but will call you with the issue and their plan to take care of it, and you just gotta sign off or not. Brilliant. This video gives me the taste to get back in business. On a different note, it's funny how when you have a plan and it works, the money lending goes right along with it, whether you want it or not, you'll be asked. You know you are doing it right when the opportunities you pursue open more and more opportunities. I know a lot of people watch Michael's videos for the romance of the mob life, but what he says will generate success in any context. Thank you for the words of wisdom Mr. Franzese, and God bless!

There is one massive exceptions to "no successful late risers" - programmers. Best coding is always done at night. It's the same as you talk about - nice and peaceful and nobody bothers you. But whereas for you emails take up a few hours a day at most, to them, undisturbed work on a problem without any social contact is their whole job.
