Don't Let Bad Weather Catch You Unprepared.
How to prepare for bad weather when driving. One tip to prepare for a road trip is to change your wiper blades to ensure you have clear visibility and can drive safely. Once you change the wipers don't throw the old blades out. Instead if the rubber is still good, store them in your trunk as a backup set of wiper blades. That way if you are caught in a storm, whether that be a thunderstorm or winter weather, and not near a store when your wiperblades go out, you can replace them with this second set. yeah, i keep two spare seat belts, a case of surgical masks, 4 bottles of water, hot sauce, and some fresh seat covers, just in case of an emergency

Why not buy a new pair of blades to have in your trunk for the possibility of your old ones failing catastrophically and leaving you without wipers or the inevitability of your wipers failing over time?

That's a good idea I hadn't thought of. You would have to put the money out to buy two sets at first, but afterward would just keep buying a replacement set for your trunk. Thanks for sharing.
