Six slices of dried tofu
Three hundred bean curd
two flower bean curd

5 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
2000cc water

    我教煮素食滷味,食材里仁買就有~ 材料:里仁滷包一小包、里仁原味豆乾一包、里仁菜頭(大1條)or(小2條)、10顆生雞蛋、里仁金蘭醬油、里仁砂糖、里仁杏鮑菇小1包 做法: 1、雞蛋洗淨,放蒸架上,外鍋放可蒸10分鐘的水量(我家1米杯水,可蒸10分鐘)用大同電鍋蒸熟,取出,沖洗冷水至不燙手,去殼,備用 2、豆乾一包洗淨,一塊切為四小塊,備用 3、菜頭洗淨去皮,切小塊,備用 4、杏鮑菇洗淨,每條直切對半,備用 5、取一個蒸鍋內鍋,放入所有備用食材、滷包1小包、砂糖1大匙、醬油約半瓶,加水醃過食材,在蓋鍋蓋,外鍋放可蒸30分鐘的水量(我家3杯米杯水,可蒸30分鐘),用大同電鍋蒸熟,再用保溫功能,保溫2小時,取出放涼,冰冷藏1天夜共24小時,完成~ ps.吃時,切盤,加香菜和香油,好吃

    醬油蠔油單位是用湯匙,如果糖也能換算成湯匙就更好了😂
