Finally the Ga chiefs are coming back to their senses. Now they realise they have no lands for the next generation. As a Ga I can’t even buy a land in my own city now we have to go to another region to buy land. Very sad.

I pray for the unity of GaDangbes and all Ghanaians.... may everyone, including the government respect the rights, freedoms and resources of all tribes. I will also like the Ga people to check out some corrupt chiefs who illegally sell lands for selfish gains. This is 21st century, land can be purchased easily just like any other commodity. The GA only fight for their lands when NPP is in power but relax when NDC is in power. They should be serious

Whenever NPP come to power they sell land in Greater Accra, now they struggle to win all the typical Ga areas in Greater Accra. They can only win some Accra central and other Akan dominated areas.

The opposition NDC is doing grave error, this hotel belongs to Ghanaians, and the government is giving for divestiture what is the problem of it, any government in power can do that, the opposition NDC etc etc etc, to investigate the genuineness, but instigate traditional rulers for unlawful utterances, you too will come to power we live to see

I don't want to cut slack for anyone but at least if the lands has been given to benifit the state that should be commendable. The idea of government selling it is what we talking about. An one more thing. Selling of lands is the reason people from all walks of Ghana can make life in Accra. Personally I think the details of the agreement is the problem. Land can be leased out for a period and not outright sale.
