The crab dip line is definitely one of the greatest Troy quotes in the whole show.
Troy leaving the conversation to work on a joke right away in his notebook is a vibe

What makes Troy's line even funnier is that it was an improvisation. He first said "don't eat the crab dip! Wa what!" They even had t-shirts with the line printed on them.

I always liked when Jeff and Pierce would get along. Pierce was at his best when he was a harmless, if doddering cretin. They really made Pierce so detestable in Seasons 2 and 4, which triggered Chevy Chase storming off the set.
