Don't Drag it in Excel | Use these 5 Tricks
In this video I will show you some little tricks for filling empty cells in Excel.
To select blanks cells and fill them with their own top row
You have to do a series of steps that you will learn in this training video.
You have to select empty cells with Ctrl + G keys and do this through load formula and Ctrl + Enter keys.
Another item is the shortcut key to automatically adjust the size of the columns
as well as the Ctrl + R combination keys to repeat.
The next option is Transpose, which is really very practical. It is used to change the direction of the row and column information of the table, which you can see in this tutorial through both keyboard shortcuts and the way to do it with the mouse.
The next option is paste special to remove the formula from the cells and paste only value of information.
0:00 Introduction
0:10 Select Blanks Rows
0:26 Set Formula by Ctrl + Enter
0:42 Autofit Columns Width
0:58 Ctrl + R to Repeat

👌🏻
Transpose could also be dony by using transpose function
Excellent. Thank for your hard work. For first short cut, is it not possible to do it reverse order. ( merging all cell data into one).

@@vamshimedishetty5624 You're welcome, I will be happy to solve your problem. I meant the office version. Please try what I am saying. After the cells are selected, just in the formula bar type =A1 (name of the cell in the top row, f.e in video I write C3) and then press Ctrl + Enter, mean don't click anywhere with the mouse.

@@PercentTutorial I have followed as you said and tried multiple times. Getting results in bottom to top but not top to bottom as you shown in video. I will try again. Thank you so much.
