Started watching your videos since the istanbul and now syria. The series was so much real than any netflix series. I am really a extrovert person and like to be in the culture of others , like to explore them . We only know about the destruction and crying and blood drooping children but you have shown us the real hostory, how the city regaining its light, its food , their hospitality many things ... I hope too. Basically the brutal dictator suppressed the people's protests by killing, torturing and imprisoning tens of thousands which caused people and even in army to defect to rebels and get rid of the dictator....unfortunately Russia and Iran backed this war criminal Assad and destroyed the country.

As a Syrian, I tell you the true story of the war in Syria. We, the Syrian people, have revolted against injustice in Syria against the Assad regime. When we staged demonstrations against the regime, the regime opened fire on us and killed us. When the Syrian people took up arms to defend themselves and their families, the Syrian regime bombed cities and killed innocent people. In 2013, 85 percent of Syria was liberated and the Syrian people almost defeated the regime, but Russia supported the Assad regime and destroyed the country. We Syrians are people who love peace and love freedom ❤️💔
