@@Elvikiny If the person purposefully ran in front of your fire with the intention of committing suicide and he did it fast enough on purpose as to allow u no time to react, then you can argue it was like a man jumping in front of a train and it was simply suicide. But the absurdity of that scenario is gonna make it awfully hard for u to present that in court. For your own safety assume that the answer to that question is yes. I am sorry, but yes. You wanna be real careful in shooting ranges that a suicidal idiot or adrenaline junkie that wants to risk their life in the way u described doesn't ruin your life.

1) If you bring a gun in, present it holstered and off your person. 1a) Before you even think about bringing the gun in....ASK if you can bring the gun in. 2) Always assume gun is loaded. 3) ALWAYS assume the gun is loaded. 4) Even if you're 200% sure and you've removed the mag and checked the chamber, ALWAYS ASSUME THE GUN IS LOADED.

This is what happens when Republicans in red states pass laws where it’s legal to carry a firearm without a class, without a license, without any knowledge whatsoever to protect the rest of the public at large. They argue their constitutional rights gives them the right to have a gun, but don’t my rights to live and not get shot because of their rights to have a gun with zero knowledge about the firearm? We have the right to travel, but we still need a drivers license & insurance. Unfortunately, this is where we’re going to have to go because of the rise in unintelligent gun owners. (that goes for my idiot neighbor that shoots guns in Southern California in the summer next to my property in the mountains 🔥)

agreed. traded my gun in at a gun store. had it on me while I was shopping, told them I wanted to trade in and I'll think about it. went back to my car to actually think about it and while doing so I unloaded my gun and put it in the case and walked back in. imagine how stupid I would've looked just by pulling my fully loaded gun out of the holster to trade it in 🤣🤦‍♂️

Also these dudes are at work, wouldn’t you like to mess around during work with ur buddies to pass the time? Happens WAY too frequently, we even have signs on the door and behind the counter! We also have a "its not loaded" jar that is about 2/3 full of rounds that hit the floor when we check for clear.

Bro the gun garage in topeka has like 4 or 5 lmao. But they also have the only indoor shooting range in town. Also they have a surplus of ammo as they do what all gun stores should do amd they load their own ammo. Rare ammo well they have 10s of thousands of rounds of said bullet.

Local shop here theres one guy who will give your gun back to you in pieces if you tell him its its unloaded and its not. Especially after being muzzle swept like in this situation.
