Bro I am 15y old, I have never been on Instagram, every friend of mine is on Instagram, most of them have now even stopped talking to me because I am not in Instagram, I feel left out, shall I download it?

I think that it is pretty wierd that you are 15 and you dont have ig, but you dont need it bc it is really distracting and you can live without it

Don't bro. Try to socialize with them normally once you in meta trap it's very tough to pull back . I also had download insta but now I deleted it

to be honest man, if those "friends" don't wanna talk to you because you arent on a social media, those don't seem like real friends to me. i get feeling left out - especially at your age. my advice would be to have it, but understand it. understand the traps that they use to keep you hooked and avoid them at all costs. and if you notice yourself slipping - like spending too much time on it, immediately cut it out. you'll survive without it. you've got this man!
