Not gonna lie, I used to chase money. And I was good at it. Paid for a new sports car in cash, penthouse condo downtown and made $200k a year at 25 years old. I'm telling you guys - it's empty. Both in the pursuit and the people that surround you in that lifestyle. Literally, gave up everything. Sold the condo, the car donated my suits, clothes and shoes AND quit my career. Now I live mortgage free in a house I built living a minimalist lifestyle. My expenses are less than $1000 a month, so I'm not "hustling" to make a lot of money. The most freeing and fulfilled I've ever felt being free from "working" and handicapped by month bills.

True. I agree. Theres nothing wrong with chasing money. Its always the folks who chase money who say "dont chase money" I think its a justification and a type of self glorification. At its core Gary does chase money. Its just that he wont openly admit it. Everyone chases money. No one will admit it. People need to stop demonizing "chasing money" when its actually what they do. You go to work for money, period. Just because he "leaves money on the table" doesnt automatically make you noble lol.

When you see instagram stars, youtubers, whatever basically kids with mass amounts of money they don’t deserve in an honor sense. Yeah it can be hard to be patient because you think “these people younger than me have all this money from doing something we all do every day and I’m stuck here working my ass off, doing something only a couple others can do and I’m getting no where.” It can be hard to wait when you see happiness around you and you just can’t seem to figure out how to find your happiness. It can go for assholes who have great significant others they don’t deserve and spoiled brats telling others how they should live their life or what they should do with their money when the brats just got lucky in the first place. Motivational speakers are the worst in my opinion because for the most part, the people I know that like to give motivational speeches secretly hate to see you succeed without their help. Talk to someone who wants to give you advice. Tell them that you are confident and you can do it without them going through their whole speech and watch them start to belittle you. Say you are cocky or some people in this world are suppose to be in last place. People want to feel like they matter. But yeah, it can be hard to be patient.

Milan, with all the love possible and the least amount of hate, the time and energy put into something like this , means you have the time to put that towards a positive. In which is crucial, because we must fail to learn, and one stepping stone at a time. Basically, don't focus on others, do it for yourself and use your time wisely to put yourself in the position YOU want to be!
