Ah! The Coty Airspun is exactly what my grandmother wore, too. In fact, after she passed away, I kept her powder along with some of her jewelry. Very nostalgic for me. I sat at her vanity for hours playing with her makeup and jewelry. I miss her so much!

I didn't have a grandma that used Coty, but I do for some reason. It DOES smell like a grandma, but in a super comforting way even though I don't have the lovely memories that you do. I'm glad it helps you think of her

Declutters yessss!!!! They are my fav videos. Sit in front of drawer. Go through each one tell us and show us what keeps what goes and why. I love them. Can never get enough of those

I know it's a lot of work, so I just want to say thank you for always including the close up swatches on your hand. It really emphasizes and helps me understand exactly what you mean when you are describing the product and lets me know if my skin/preferences might like it even if you don't.

I think the reason the porefessional primer doesn't work anymore is because makeup has changed so drastically in formulation. I think it was made for makeup from the time that it came out and now our makeup has triglycerides and all that newfangled stuff in it.

Triglycerides have always existed and have been around as coconut derived glycerides for a long time. It's more of the plastic polymers that have changed, I think. Plus, a few proprietary molecules and the introduction of bakuchiol.

Yes. This was my go too primer for years..stopped wearing makeup for a couple of years..bought a whole new bag of products and it just didn't work..still haven't found a good primer for me..but I do have a whole drawer full now🤣🤣🤣🤣

She hated the Koh Gen Do Aqua foundation, and it's my all-time favorite foe 7 years now. I've owned probably over 60 different foundations, so I have some experience with them. I don't like the Guerlain loose powder (too shimmery) or pearls (too difficult to pick up any product), and she likes them. People just have different tastes in some things

I appreciate the videos on what’s good, but I also appreciate these videos on what to avoid. There’s nothing worse than finding out that you’ve wasted your money on something that just didn’t work. Thanks Tati, keep ‘em all coming!

With a new powder that claims to be “luminous”, I always start setting on the tops of my cheekbones. That way if it’s too shiny, it doesn’t ruin my whole face of makeup. It’s just my highlight for the day.

I agree with the Tula primer review as a whole face primer, however it’s a great scar filler. I had a nasty fall and have a forehead scar that I’m very self conscious of. The Tula primer disguises is so well if you apply and let it dry before putting on foundation or concealer. Totally recommend to cover a scar!

Declutters are never a bore. As long as you identify the products you are decluttering

I feel you so hard on the skin thing at our age. I'm going to be 42 in a month and I'm currently dealing with fine lines, dehydration, dermatitis *and* worse acne than I had when I was a teenager. It's ridiculous!

You should try to mix in some unscented body oil into the body lotion, it will dilute the scent and make your skin incredibly soft. I'm a huge skin/body care girlie. I just turned 36 on Tuesday so I'm into taking care of myself. Have u ever tried Nivea's In-shower body lotion? There's a few versions of it, my favorite is the white bottle that has cocoa butter. You put it on as your final step in the shower and rinse. The scent is so mild, it really doesn't carry over afterwards, and it makes the skin so so soft. It's a holy grail product for me. ❤

Great heads up video, Tati! I love a good lip treatment too. Laneige, yes. But Ole Henriksen's Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatment has pushed Laneige into the #2 spot. I started tube #3 last night. I love it especially at bedtime. My lips feel so smooth and hydrated the next day. Lovvve it!

Thx for the rec, luv Ole products in general. Laneige, unfortunately does not work for me. I tried it a few yrs ago and tried again recently with the same results...dries my lips something awful. At least I bought mine @ TJ Maxx for $16.99 so I didn't waste as much $.

This just makes me feel normal about all the makeup that does not work for me. It is affirming me!!

I used to have such a hard time with the Superstay Foundation too UNTIL I started pairing it with a dimethicone/silicone based primer. World of a difference. Looks absolutely spectacular with the right base and lasts all day! I use Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen beneath it (which is silicone based) and that in combination with the foundation is an absolute FLAWLESS base.

I recall many moons ago a dermatologist resoundingly told me, “don’t worry. All adult acne ceases to exist at age 26.” Ha. Okay. I’m 40 now.

I agree with Tati about most of her recommendations, but only foundation. She and I have different skin and texture. I don’t know why people just so aggressive when she gives us opinions while this is her job.

Same. I'm only use light to medium coverage foundation (often a BB cream or tinted moisturizer) but Tati likes full coverage.

for deodorant, I use a stainless steel bar shaped like a bar of soap in the shower. Stainless steel is the same thing you use to get garlic smell off your hands when you cook. When I use the bar regularly, I notice a massive reduction in stank throughout the day.

13:11 Tati! I’m an licensed esthetician, you should try the ageless cleanser by image skincare! The acids in it are great for breakouts but also has anti aging properties! I go back and forth between the ageless and the ormedic cleanser (also by image) depending on what my skin is needing that day!

Image skincare is what the esthetician recommended th me when my skin needed major help.

When you mentioned the Rhode lip balm, it reminded me of the L’Oréal bullet lipsticks. It’s so heavily fragranced and the smell doesn’t fade. I had it on for about 30 minutes and I was nauseous from it.

Tati! I have been on the hunt for a natural deodorant that works for years and I finally found it! It is simply a salt deodorant. It looks like a crystal because it is a salt crystal shaped like a deodorant and you wet it a little and rub it under your armpit for 20 sec. It feels like you have nothing on and that it won’t work but it does! Mine is from Maria Åkerberg but I don’t know if that is available in the US, but I’m sure you have brands that make similar ones over there ❤

Tati, I have found that the tinted version of that Tula primer performs a lot differently than the clear one! I thought the same thing about the tinted one, plus it made me orange. But the clear one (I think it's just listed as "universal" or something along those lines) is so much better.

Tati, have you ever used crystal salt stick for your deodorant? I've used one for about 15 years. It's allergen free because it is solid salt. You apply to damp underarms. My BO is nonexistent since I started using it. I also have a fragrance allergy that drove me to try it. They're sold on Amazon and natural food stores.
