Hi my treadmill have no power ..power cuts off while I was running…I chk the breaker box and the outlet both are good ..can you help?

Im thinking to buy a new one cost $1083 with tax. Vs used one $200 , thats a big difference but i want to be sure its worth it

I have that treadmill but an error pops up err217 I know it has something to do with the recliner... do you think it need an replacement
