Chucky is the reason I'm a horror fan! So if his career is "only Chucky", that's a hell of an achievement. No other horror creator has been able to maintain control of their franchise as long as he has!

John Carpenter ruined Michael Myers by letting several other directors tarnish the franchise, back in the 80s and 90s with Halloween 5 and 6 and even the 2000s with Resurrection and the Rob Zombie reboot duology. It was a miracle that the 2018 requel was good. Kills was decent and Ends was crap. Meanwhile, Friday The 13th has been dead for 15 years and that stupid ass lawsuit is the reason why we didn't get any more films. The new Crystal Lake TV series will probably suck without Jason! Miss Voorhees will be killed off at the end of S1 and then the series will probably become just like the 1987 TV series that had nothing to do with the films, so what's the damn point?

Child’s Play was the only horror movie that scared me as a kid. Watching it back as an adult I don’t know how but I love Chucky
I hope James was able to get caught up with part 1 of season 3 of Chucky before the interview

For a podcast that's supposed to be about nightmares and fears, it's incredible that it never fails to lift me out of even the darkest of moods. Such a beautiful job introducing us to the people who have brought us hours of entertainment and scares. Thank you all so much!
I always love how much passion Don has for Chucky and the people he works with. Chucky is my favorite franchise, so to see this much love is amazing. Can't wait for Season 3: Part 2!!!

Just a fun podcast episode with a very sweet guest. Don Mancini seems like such a delightful person and one of the people that solidify in my head that you can be in show business and still have fun. I'm glad for that and I can't wait for more Chucky. I'm really liking Season 3!
Finally listened to it all. Don is always a good interviewee. I'm jealous of James meeting his heroes 😅

wooooo. you got to do a interview with him hell yeah. my first horror movie I seen as a kid. when I was 7 was Childs play then part 2/3. I seen them on monstervison with Joe bob.. then my dad got me the VHS for all 3.

7 year old me, Watched Child's Play 2. Movie scared me half to death but i kept having my Dad rent it from the video store.

I still need to watch the first two seasons before I get to season 3! I'm a little behind! Huge chucky fan though! Season absolutely all the movie's and a little bit of the first season!
James' Real Horror Housewives idea is amazing I'd watch that sounds hilarious, gotta pitch the idea to whoever you pitch ideas too... I don't know how getting Shows made works

Chucky as whole is great 👍🏿 all the movies, except seed, are fantastic. The series is too, just the 3rd season hasn't really been good for me unfortunately but still Don is brilliant and dedicated and I love that
