If you've never used Domo AI before then you should have a one time 45 credits which is the latest update. 3 secs is 15 credits, 5 secs is 25 credits.You may or may not be able to do 10 secs and definitely 20 secs without a payment plan. I would ask one of the Admin Mods on the discord to check out what the issue is. I hope that helps.
