you can SHIFT+ to add 5 PD at a time. I put 11 everywhere to avoid bad events, and money is easier to earn.

I really wanted to play Ys in some of my MP games but people really hate putting UW in their games. The big glamour looks like it will be fun, I really like some of the glamour spells like illusory army

Playing Ys, you will always spawn with your Cap as an UW prov under normal map generation, unless you are playing a custom map with zero water. This is great for you because Ys always wants to get on land anyway and your Cap is really hard to siege by most land nations.

+ 50 province income? That is an amazing event to get early

Ink pot end has been around since at least dom 4 lol definitely the worst

Oh balls. There is hard mode, and there's "one province on turn 5" nightmare difficulty :(

I think it will be ok but a big disadvantage. Only because my cap is isolated.

@@CairnEnjoyer I think the pond is too little. Only one province you can suck resources from for your Cap is going to really hurt your Cap recruitment unless I'm wrong about how coasts work

No kidding. One wrong order and you will spend the first few turns replenishing or replacing your starting army, especially if you don't have an expander god.

New indies really changed the pace of the game. The old metrics of good expansion are dead lol.

From my limited scouting so far it seems most people near me have had a shitty expansion, though not as shitty. I should have been a Luck3 chad instead of a L1 cuck

Skipping turns is not ideal. It can be good not to show all your thinking and clicking time on the video (especially later on) but skipping entire turns makes it harder to watch
