Two things of note for the Siddha that were missed is that they have four arms, and the ability to claim thrones.

Makes me think about what the strongest possible fully outfitted and blessed unit in each age would be.

As a slight correction, at 16:43 you said "So you're basically paying 5 more water gems to lose the armor and gain a water path". It's actually the other way around. You covered those two units in the reverse order that you said you would, so the Narajas are the ones that cost 5 water more gems; and have armor and weapons, slightly better Morale, Atk, Def, and Str, much better leadership, and one more holy power than Naginis, but don't have their seduction ability, their low initial encumbrance (as a result of not starting with armor), higher combat movement/speed, or their extra %100 chance random water/earth/astral/nature path. So yeah, Nagini's are both cheaper and seem to be better at basically everything except leading troops and arguably being thugs.

Dumb question but how does higher awe effect Enemys? Does it mean the number they have to roll is higher to attack or something else?

Bit of a late answer here but maybe you're still curious about it, so just in case! Yes, a higher Awe score means they have to roll higher, or that you are more likely to have the Awe work on enemies with higher morale, since the way Awe works is that every time someone wants to attack an enemy with Awe, they have to roll (Attacker's Morale) + 2d6 versus (10 + Awe Score) + 2d6. So someone with 11 morale has basically a 50/50 chance of attacking someone with Awe (1), someone with morale 14 has a 50/50 chance against someone with Awe (4). But it's certainly the case that the first point of Awe is a lot more valuable than subsequent levels of Awe, so I wouldn't ever consider it worth it to try to stack Awe if it costs you anything, you're better off using item slots / bless points for other stuff unless it's to give a unit its first point of Awe.

One interesting thing to note is that they aren't the only Sleep aura unit in the game. Shinuyama has a sleepy-time vampire unit in MA as well.

At 2:31 you say, regarding Apsaras: "So pretty good to toss these in with monkeys, who have really horrible morale". But won't most or all of the monkeys that you recruit have sticks and stones or some other ranged attack, and won't it be more important most of the time to let them use that attack? It's my understanding that if you ever stick even a single unit with no ranged attacks in with a squad of units that would otherwise throw javelins or stick and stones or something similar before engaging in melee, none of them will use that ranged attack before engaging.

This is interesting. Really kind of a bummer that some nations get so many cool summons, and others get nothing or junk. But I'd assume any N, W, or even D gems Marignon gets will go to you. Actually ... you have a lot more variety in your mage paths. I guess the E and A gems (at least initially) would be better in your hands? But the astral gems.... Harbingers are pretty darn good, even if most likely he won't be able to climb the angel tree all the way up. So you guys going to prioritize Harbingers or your astral summons? I always summon some Flame Spirits when I paly Marignon, so Conjuation is always something I go for anyway (and it's not like the full size Fire elementals aren't at Conj 5 anyway). Offhand your astral guys seem stronger, but A magic for Arrow Fend/Wind Guide helps him more than the astral guys help you (since it isn't like you don't have eleventy-seven other things you can summon). Actually which thug better? Harbingers or your guys? Never played this nation (or Yomi), so I dunno really. Harbingers have been very good for me in the past though.

Why would you pay 55 gems for this guys ? Magic+1 in his province = +1 RP for every mage in this province... not a bad trade if you dont took Magic+3 or even more if you took drain...

Well by the time you get these guys out, you are probably going to want your super mages running around not hitting the books. So I personally wouldn't really count it that valuable... That said if you put it in a province with 40 mages, it wouldnt be that trivial :P

This is a common addition for mods, since the lore suggests it, but it isn't in the base game.
