    The fact that he created his own style of fighting is unreal. He took inspiration from others, but literally no one was doing anything remotely similar to him. It's such a physically demanding style tho, which plays into why he's getting injured all the time. One of the 🐐 for sure tho.

    Currently recovering from my second knee surgery in a period of less than 3 years. Knowing Dom had even more, and came back to become champ again after those devastating injuries is all the motivation I need to get back to prime form again!

    cant believe its been 8 months since I watched the vid the first time. it motivated me to score a first class in my undergrad course and I recently joined an mma gym after being so insecure and worried about myself. This video played a major part in the changes i made as crazy as it sounds. Thanks admin once again and please create more similar vids

    He’s my inspiration. I’m currently rehabbing a torn ACL, with a torn meniscus surgery on the same knee coming soon, I still have this dream of one mma fight before 35 I’m 31 now. Will I go to UFC, no, and it’s fine. But if in five years im inside a octagon, at some local spot. First person im thanking is Dominator.

    Cody was an absolute clown, TJ is a bit more respectable as a champion, but the real champ of this division, the man who brought the lighter weight classes into prominence, the dominator.

    People shouldn’t just look at this for motivation but also a lesson through what can happen in our lives. No matter how lonely or rejected or angry you feel: these emotions just stop you from who you can be. Don’t give up on yourself always have a meaningful goal and follow up on it.

    Corey Hollandsworth last fight he all he did was get his style cracked it happen to all the greats/normies to ever be in a ring... floyd(but he’s a cheater),Jon Jones,mcgregor,ronda,Whitaker, any 1 named Silva, some will disagree but Nate got his style sent to another dimension against masivdal, and the list goes on... it’s just when you have somthing that works and you never fine tune it it’s going to eventually break not that it can’t be repaired it’s just gonna be different from the last time for better or for worse.

    I think its a huge adrenaline thing. I know for me when i was wrestling in highschool whenever i lost i didn't want to sit i didn't want to be stationary i wanted to be walking shifting around. It was a big thing for me my coach or mom would tell me to sit down and relax but you cant. Especially not after losing something like that. I lost my chance to go to states in my sophomore year in regional to a guy i was supposedly better than but he wanted it more. I let myself gas and he won by points in the 3rd period. I couldn't stop moving though so many emotions are just driving you like what did i do wrong what should i have done where can i improve that especially after losing i "cant" sit down i just cant.

  • @deadarmd

    @deadarmd

    I mean. A lot of us are athletes. He wins he sits, he loses he can't. There is no adrenaline difference, he might just have felt uneasy because it was a rather close fight. But it's not like this was five minutes after the event yeah, he was speaking 40-50 mins at the end of that fight

  • @pivotchocolate

    @pivotchocolate

    But a loss always lingers on the mind regardless if youre over it. Like you said it makes you uneasy but i normally hours after my wrestling matches im up and moving i just want to train or workout and get better. to me it feels like adrenaline. I feed off of it and normally have some of my best workouts cause i just want to get better. Thats why to me i say adrenaline but i know there is also that uneasy feeling of just a bad taste in your mouth.

    he talks about feeling mentally trapped in his house at one point in his life, not being able to move because he was so depressed. This was before he came back and he had a huge mental change and he probably stays standing because of something to do with that.
