I have a question - Aren't Soft bags better than hard plastic boxes because in case of an accident, you can still carry the bags that can be tied using ropes but if boxes are damaged then it can't be fixed on the spot. Share what do you think?

bulu babu - i would like you to talk about the issues of such panniers and topbox. i got aluminium panniers and topbox... but problem is the handling changes noticeably.... in particular in traffic. what is your view? after investing in these i realised soft panniers are the best

No they dont. You have a service center below in ground floor its a different entity but you can get all the installation done from there
