The other name I gave him was "Sexual Chocolate" lol, he was so dark and there for one reason only. Two weeks of Burt and the ladies had, had enough of him.

In this video, 2019, he would definitely tip the scales at around 500 by fall. In recent years he has even gotten bigger and I'd say he emerging in the spring mid to high fours, so by fall he'd be probably high 500's. If you check the one video thumbnail at the end of this video, you can see the size he's put on year to year.

In this video he's be around the 400 pound mark, (2019). He has since put on weight and my guess by fall time would be tipping the scales north of 600.

I know this might seem like a dumb question but do black and brown bears ever interbreed , I know there have been instances where polar and Grizzlies have interbred to form Grolars or Pizzlie which ave ended up in some fat arsed hunters trophy room just wondered.

I have never heard of a grizz and black bear cross breeding in the wild. The BB tends to fear their brown cousin and avoid them at all cost. As for grizzlies and polar bears, the times this has happened in the wild, it sounds like it's a particular male grizzly mating with polar bears. Their territory really overlaps along the northern coasts of Alaska, Yukon, NWt and Nunavut, including barren land grizzlies on Victoria Island up there.

@@TheBearGuyCanada Thanks for answering, I know Grizzlies predate black bears but wondered if there had been ever been any cases. I wonder for the future of Polar bears with ice melts becoming longer and not giving them enough hunting time which significanlty disadvantages them and inevitably will affect their numbers - I see the world wide fund for nature asking people to “sponsor” a polar bear but cannot see how this will save them unless the open giant freezer superstores packed with meat and blubber at subsidised prices 🤷🏼‍♂️ its all a bit messed up really.
