In the UK, more than one in ten crimes reported to the police are related to domestic abuse with 2.3 million recorded survivors every year. Employers have a duty of care and a legal responsibility to ensure that all of their employees have a safe place to work, and this includes addressing and dealing with disclosures of domestic abuse.
This training is designed to teach all staff what domestic abuse is, how to recognise the signs, and how to respond if they suspect it might be happening to someone they know. Most importantly, this course will help your organisation support employees by responding to domestic abuse confidently and safely.
