The expression he puts in these rhythms and microrhythms! That's awesome.
In a moment of many great players, Hantai continues to be the most interesting. Conviction, convincing, and ownership.
Sublime interpretation! These wonderful Scarlatti sonatas reach their maximum splendor in the hands of Pierre HantaÏ. Bravísimo!
Scarlatti’s was a unique voice and advocate for the harpsichord. These interpretations are assured and musically interesting. What a valuable document for future students and a delight for those enamored by Scarlatti’s style.
Excellent! and an excellent audio recording too

Pure poetry! What an exquisite interpretation!
Bravissimo Pierre!! Merci ❤
My favorite
Quelle finesse, quel raffinement ! Mille bravo !
Delightful. You and Scarlatti. Thank you, master!
can´t be better then this! It has it all in all senses: there is poetry, sublime musicianship, virtuosity at service to the music! thank you for sharing this and showing us everytime how far you can really go with this instrument!
