A tiny home is anything under 399 sq ft. And they are considered an RV. A mobile home is a permanent dwelling and can be placed in most mobile home parks around the USA

YOU NEED TO WATCH BUYING caravans and ask how old they are alot of sites now wont let olds caravans on site that why people are getting rid to get newer one or they carnt keep up the site fees this caravan needs everything taken out and deep steam clean from what i can see not for me already got brand new one it wont be getting rented thats for sure 🚭🇬🇧👍
