It basically means that there are a lot more peals (set of bells) with the same tones. Transposed to C it will be: C D E F, D E Fis G or F G A Bes : As you prefer. In this case it is : Cis Dis Eis Fis. And about the voices, I stood near the patios and terrace on the city square, so there were a lot of people drinking. We dutch people love it. In fact I sat there also... so I I don't mind. But I agree that it disturbes the bells.

Ja, in Frankreich gibs dies auch viel, eigentlich sehr viel... Es ist ein schoenes motiv, ein bisschen fremd und deshalb mysteriös :P
