@@cayde_6 Yeah Dolma is found in the cuisines of the Turkic countries, also spread to the Balkans, South Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East and Arabia with Ottomans. Over time, regional variations developed, and Iraqi dolma looks definitely amazing!

Azərbaycanda dədə-babadan , əsasda kələm dolmasının aşağı hissəsinə-dibinə ətli sümüklər qoyurdular , qoyurlar indidə. Sadəcə ətə cürbəcür ədviyatlar hər ölkədə qatılır .

Beautiful dolma. My family is Assyrian from Baghdad we make ours similar to this. Sour & a bit spicy absolute delicious. My mother does the same with the cored vegetables so it gives extra flavor to dolma. Great job God bless your hands

I have made dolmas' before, but this is an amazing recipe and I am going to try it soon. The lamb chops at the bottom of the pan adds a lot of flavour and serving with these placed at the top is so delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Came so far as Uzbekistan. I remember it from my childhood. A bit different, but same principle. And funny thing, there was another dish with the same name. Remarkable how a cultural drift can occur throughout centuries.

Iraqi dolmas are the best..I've tried the Syrian dolmas and and the Palestinian dolmas and even the Turkish but nothing tasted like the Iraqi dolmas ❤❤❤❤❤

If both of you are Iraqi then it would be a one sided opinion. Let me be the judge, I have made the Turkish, Lebanese, Iranian dolmas' before and now I will try this recipe - the Iraqi version. I am from none of the mentioned countries. After cooking this recipe, I will judge and say which is the best, but no medals, sorry because of the Covid-19 situation. Lol

بعشقققها الدولمة مع اني مو عراقية بس احنا اهل الشام بنسميها محاشي مشكلة ،، بحفر معها بطاطا و جزر كمان،،، بس ما بتاخذ معي طبيخ ع النار الا ساعة و نص،،، غريب ليش ٤ ساعات ما هي خضار و رز ما بدهم كل هالوقت

الدولمة العراقية نحطها ساعة عالنار بس..... احتمال اذا تم وضع لحم غير مستوي في اسفل القدر.. يجوز في هكذا وقت تحتاج الى فترة طويلة عالنار حتى يستوي اللحم

حسب الرز الي محطوط اذا كان منقوع او لا كذلك كمية الماء والصلصة الي تنحط للقدر عند الطبخ وحسب الخضار اذا كانت مذبله او لا كل هالعوامل تحدد وقت الاستواء
