When you are cutting mesh it is easier to roll out a long length and weigh it down. That way it wont roll back towards where you are cutting

so your cutting your mesh at 9 inches not ten correct love the wreath going to give it a try
I've made about 14 different wreaths so far but this one I usually use hot iron cut as this stuff ravel's way to much
