Girl you never cease to amaze. I go to the Dollar store 3-4 times a week, and always walk past these square blue plastic vases and think to myself I know there's something nice I can make with that, but it doesn't come to me. I have a great imagination but it has always puttered out with these vases. Thanks so much for your input. Now I know what I want to do with them. Oh I love this. This would be a great wedding centerpiece if you're on a budget throw some of the Dollar Tree rocks in there with water and floating candles that would be great.

I've done something similar to this to create various heights at "candy buffets" at weddings and other parties. I've not used the decals though. Very nice.

Don't hold this against me....I'm a mother of 2 boys...and I've been eyeballing this lamp project forever that has went around the web for a spaceship lamp that is picking up a cow!!! lol For some reason, the wheels are spinning for me as I see you putting this together. I think I'm gonna try and do my own take on it, and see what I can come up with!!! I've wanted to make one for along time now....I love this idea also, because I can frost the bowl b4 adding the details for the lamp, and even leave certain window areas clear and have aliens peaking through. I'm EXCITED now!!!! Wish me luck!!! 😊😎🖒🖒
