I want to create dolls like this, for my own piece of artwork as a hobby. Could you let me know of the things I shall need to make dolls like this? If possible? I would really appreciate it. :) Stunning artwork on a doll of Donna from Resident Evil Vil.l.age btw. I'm impressed! And inspired.

There are many things 😁 1) a doll 2) acetone to remove makeup, can also use nail polish remover 3) Mr. Super clear sealant 4) pastels 5) watercolor pencils 6) acrylic paint 7) Apoxie sculpt (if you need to sculpt something) 8) acrylic yarn for hair (or saran/ nylon hair if you would like to reroot) 9) to glue hair I use normal PVA glue.

This turned out great, it looks so much like her. Donna is one of my favorites in the Resident Evil series. I feel bad for her because she's a very tragic character. As you watch the game you find out much of her back story. This was a young woman born with a birthmark that crippled her from socializing with others, she obviously had mental illness and her family dying probably added a lot to it as well. she was so out of since with herself she used Angie as a tool and a crutch to associate with people through the doll her father gave her. not only for sentimental reasons but because Donna maybe always dreamed to be a beautiful bride and when Angie was new she probably was a very pretty doll puppet. Mother Miranda who obviously had a medical background that we learn about near the end of the game, used it to manipulate and trick Donna into thinking she was finally loved and cared for and do horrible things asked of her without even knowing what she might be doing was wrong. I can't really say Donna is a villain but more a victim manipulated and used by someone who she thought cared for her but was only using her as a pawn.

Donna's story was really sad, she deserved happiness. It's a shame that mother Miranda tricked her like that. :'(

Donna turned out so beautifully, Donna herself would be proud of the wonderful job you’ve done! And I’m sure she’d appreciate the removable Cadou… which is such a brilliant idea and looks so beautiful in its grotesque way. I was in awe of your pattern making and sewing skills as well - I learned so much from this video.

This is really cool! I'm excited for Angie! In my opinion her skin tone is a little bit too pale though. The clothes and everything was amazing! This quality and effort put in this doll was just amazing. Donna would be proud! She’s beautiful.I like the piece you sculpted to clip onto her that was clever doing it with magnets Her dress was beautifully made and looks lovely on her too.I like the detail of the tiny beads as buttons .As I am not sure what she’s from I cannot say she looks like who she is .But she is still a beautiful doll all the same 🥰

I can't wait for you to publish the Angie video, but obviously you can't have her without Donna first! She's gorgeous, and the cadou with the magnets was a stroke of genius!

I got inspired off of you and tried making a Donna Doll! It didn’t work out but it was a ton of fun! You make it look easy though.

Absolutely wonderful!! I love how you made her! I'm so sad nowhere in the game it showed her scar that the diaries told about, because that would've been neat to see in this doll! Will you be making Heisenberg someday? I'd love to see how you'd make such a complicated design! Although Moreau is my favourite from all of the lords, I doubt he'd be made into a doll so that dream will be just a dream for me 😅

The scar part was added in the English version. The Japanese version doesn't mention the scar. She was withdrawn and in mourning from her parents' deaths. She also had a mental disability.

Donna Beneviento has a very tragic backstory which you learn bits and pieces of while playing the game. She was born with a birthmark (the parasite) that prevented her from being able to show her face in public which is why she was forced to wear a vale. She struggled with mental illness which was inevitably made worse with the death of her family. Mother Miranda, whose medical background was revealed toward the end of the game, tricked the poor girl into believing she was loved and had her do many horrible things. Poor Donna never even considered the possibility that the things she was being asked to do were wrong. Her only way to communicate with other people was with Angie, a doll given to her by her father. When you learn Donna’s backstory, it makes you feel bad for her. I haven’t played resident evil village in a long time. I’m also in the middle of moving house so all my video games are packed away at the moment.

She's one of the best written characters in the game (probably even the best), that's why I like her so much. Good luck moving houses! I know how exhausting it can be, but I hope your new place will be cozier and make you feel happy 😊💫

I use PVA glue for hair and super glue for magnet and shoes. Buttons I fix just with a few normal stitches, nothing special 😅 don't know how it's called.

Its really really good. But what do you use to do the hair normal yarn or from a sewing machine? I tried to do a Mangle doll from five nights at freddys, but the hair is always so thick.

I brushed acrylic yarn and then ironed it. Check @Mozekyto doll wig tutorials, it will be a good help😊
