This fact is often forgotten or overlooked: Dumbledore (a Gryffindor) attempted to start a revolution with Grindelwald! Built on the idea that muggles should be ruled by witches and wizards! Meanwhile, Snape (a Slytherin) dedicated and later sacrificed his life to protecting the child of his childhood sweetheart, despite how cruelly James treated him and how torturous it must have been to keep Harry at a distance in order to keep him safe. People don't fit neatly into categories, in the stories or in real life. Another amazing customization by the way!

I always felt that the books were very Gryffindor centred. If you were in any other house you probably didn’t like Gryffindor! And Hufflepuff were the best- loyalty is a valuable trait and their crest was a badger!

Definitely. Harry Potter tells the story from a kids perception, and kids are not able to fully understand such things. They just hate Snape because he's strict, but they ignored everytime he tried to protect Harry, and he did that literally in every book! While Dumbledore did nothing, other that manipulating Harry and using kids to do all of the dirty job they should never deal with. I think we can even call this grooming or at least something similar to that 😶

You didn’t read the books. They explained so much more than the movies. It’s true that not all Slytherins were bad, but a good portion followed Voldemort. The reason that Gryffindor won every year is because Harry saved everyone from Lord Voldemort. If Voldemort wasn’t around the favoritism wouldn’t have happened.
