HOLY I FINALLY MANAGED TO GET SOMETHING POSTED. y'all my ass has been getting blocked SO HARD by mbc and jtbc. i edited 2 whole videos dedicated to covers that seokmin has done just for them to be blocked in all countries :))) i tried to re-edit them to crop out the logos/watermark things but that didn't work and they were still blocked everywhere. i'm just trying to include a clip of dk singing yb's sarang two on knowing bros (it wasn't even in the official ep, just in some "yOuTuBE exCLuSivE" clip so i didn't even think it would caused my vid to be blocked???) and some clips from koms which i'm sure i've seen in other compilations so ????? honestly i'm just so tired bc i had no idea how strict mbc+jtbc were with copyright claiming things, and re-editing shit on imovie (yes, i'm working with THE HIGHEST-QUALITY video editing software) is a PAIN. i'll try to get those 2 vids out eventually after i find motivation to re-edit, but i legit feel so done trying to get around copyright claims it might take a while, so sorry about that :(

honestly, the fact that svt's arguably most kind and innocent member has one of the craziest/toxic fanbases makes me sorta sad. like dk stans have SUCH a bad rep that i'm sometimes afraid i may be overhyping dk's talents too much in vids bc any exaggerations would probably be shot down by other carats, and just give his fans an even worse image :') so i just keep some opinions (that i would legit make videos advocating for) to myself at the same time he is just SO CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED by carats that, yeah, it makes sense why he his fans are so overprotective to the point that some of us do go crazy defending him lmao

Really I can't get either. I mean I consider myself a HuiHui and we think that Jun is pretty underrated himself. He too is sweet and naive and affectionate and hardworking. And we feel the need to hype him and protect him, but Dk's akgaes just baffles me. If he knew what they do in his name he would probably be so sad...

DK has the same dancing style as EXO's sehun, which is their main dancer. I don't know much about dancing, but DK's moves are very clean and simple. I never once thought he tends to underdance but his dancing pulls me in. He majored in practical dance and is one of the best dancers outside perf team tbh. People overlook his dancing skills because he is a main vocal, but his dancing is really excellent. Maybe even bettef than other group's main dancers. There's always a reason why DK is chosen as center on most parts, or when he was chosen to dance along w Perf team in ISAC. Their choreographer just knows that his dancing will be able to pull you in! As for rapping, it is with no doubt he can actually RAP. It's sad people tend to look on the funny side but with all seriousness this boy got MAD SKILLS. Carats need to appreciate MC doul tbh.

i was just rewatching this vid + rereading the commentary my very sleep deprived brain wrote and i did make it seem like dk underdances a lot, which really is NOT the case. whenever svt perform at music shows, award shows, etc. i don't think there's a single member who underdances, dk included. his movements are just very clean and simple as you said but i used to watch fancams of some of svt's more obscure performances at random ass festivals/concerts, where they would performed like 5+ songs, and remember watching dk and see him underdance in those specific cases (bc like they literally have to in order to conserve stamina). i guess for some reason i was just thinking of those specific performances while writing that part ???? idk why my brain was thinking about those performances, i'm sure the majority of carats haven't seen, but yeah that's totally my bad 😞

dk's thighs are one of the best asset he has that makes him look even more good when dancing and the fact that he has a lot of control and skills plus his perfect body proportion and physique not to mention this man's duality, vocals and visuals are insaaane also abt the isaac performance they chose that via rock paper scissors but sis dk pulled it off like literally!

Has he ever done a dance solo? Because it definitely is true that a lot of main vocalists don't necessarily dance to the absolute best of their ability if they're on stage singing live, it's just not the focus of their energy...Baekhyun comes to mind, too. I bet Dk has even more dance talent than he shows in a typical performance.

I don't trust any carat who don't biasing him. This guy is perfect, he can sing, dance, dj-ing, full of humor, has great expression on stage, good looking too. I noticed that he is actually a good dancer when i am spectating Wonwoo and he came into frame, dancing smoothly. And since that whenever i see him on screen my brain automatically says, "he's a good dancer".

I remember Baekhyun being called a genius idol because he's really good at everything: singing, dancing, visuals, comedy, etc. DK deserves to be called a genius idol too. He's literally good at everything plus he has such a good heart. I remember watching the Aju Nice dance practice for the first time and finding out that the guy in the gray shirt was not a main dancer lmao. I was also sure that he was the center only to find out that they don't have an official center. It's very rare to find an idol that's an amazing singer, a great dancer, a good rapper, and a great comedian all in one. Plus those visuals, man! Those cheekbones could cut glass. Dk is my fav idol he is so talented also he is so sweet. His voice is unique and his vocals are clear and stable. If you look at seventeen discography, dk doesn’t only have a lot of main parts but crazy adlibs whether they are planned or the spontaneity one during concerts. But it’s still fascination stable his vocals are after all that tiring choreography and he never sounds of breath and stays energet throughout the entire concert. Really a human vitamin

his dancing is incredible to me. its not often that the main vocal is just as capable of being a lead dancer as a main ones(like u can rank best to worst dancers among svt, but it all comes down to VERY tiny things, like isolations or expressions or flexibility or strength, because there is NO WEAK DANCER IN SVT). even if he underdances(as a main vocal his voice is his top priority, so as u said its acceptable when dk and sk both underdance, because they make up for it during other parts) his isolations are so good as well as his growing expressions that he automatically places in top6 for whichever era(and all the comparisons ive seen state the same). svt's dance ability is such that the "weakest" dancer is at the same level as any other grp's main dancer, if not higher. that takes practise. dk sometimes takes a while to learn the moves(becoz of his other scheds) but once he learns it he ACES IT ALL. it appears effortless even. i started as a mingyu bias, then a cheol bias, then a josh and wonwoo, but dk wrecked me so hard he's no1 for me now. his vocals are outstanding, hes one of the strongest i have ever heard, in the world. beyond kpop. his singing for kai's musical and for GO!, as well as his other solo projects and vocal unit songs are so amazing too. FLY should be released officially, with the other ideal cut songs. his rapping is strong too, even if its not his job. i enjoy it immensely. his visuals are no joke. he keeps getting better and better every cb. whenever his stylist is specially competent he looks AMAZING(sometimes dislike the outfits but he makes it look amazing regardless, im jealous). his silly or aegyo looks are always fun to see, but when he sings he is so serious he takes my breath away. even for variety, as vernon says he doesnt filter it, so everything is ten times funnier and if its booseoksoon then toh....woah. he is truly amazing and i think he should be appreciated more. frankly tho, if u are a member of svt, youre an automatic ace. you can NEVER be bad at your job. youre the best of the best, thats why you are a part of svt.

I couldn’t agree more! I need people to talk more about Kyeom’s dancing. He has a natural rhythm and he mimics movements perfectly and easily which makes him a great dancer. He is definitely one of the better dancers in Seventeen but for some reason gets overlooked

Not only in singing, dancing, rapping, stage presence, acting, etc. - his musical is also so well done and he is such a great archer (in case anyone didn't know, DK, with his 4 consecutive 10s, led Seventeen to hold the highest archery record in ISAC history) And has such great intuition and is so very innocent It's sad that he underestimates himself

This was so satisfying watching as a DK stan. I've always been a casual fan of Seventeen since their debut and I'm always shocked at how underrated he is. The man can literally do everything. I wish more people would sleep on the couch instead of him 🤧. Also, he could slice cheese with his cheekbones. If you don't think DK is a visual it may be high time for a new eye prescription.

He needs to be appreciated more....not just for his visuals but his voice,his talent,his personality,his cuteness how much he cares for carats and his family (seventeen)he is one of the funniest people I’ve ever known /found out about ,he brings so much happiness into my life and always makes me laugh and people need to recognize him ,not just for his AMAZING VOICE and he is also got noticed for being one of the best good looking people in all of Korea so plss love my baby 🥺❤️he will bring y’all so much happiness and trust me ik I was in a dark place last year but I started watching them again and the whole group made me feel better and happier within the day 💕.

I fell in love deeper. He's my bias ever since I discovered them in 2016 and until now he still is. Everytime I watch their concert, DK would give me our own moment thus I never swerved any lane and sticked with him. DK will always make you feel special and will always be grateful to the love he receives from his fans.

hi im just getting into svt (and dk was one of the main reasons tbh),, and i am so in awe of literally every member’s skill and hard work!!! i’ve been a kpop fan for a while and never got around to svt (which i deeply regret now. lol) but they’re just so insanely good they’re impossible to ignore however the point of this is that i just want to say u are probably one of the most sensible kpop stans out there. like i can always stand by your commentary-it’s objective enough to be convincing but u also add in your own amazement and emotions towards groups or members. i just appreciate that about all of your videos and wanted to send u some love

I know this is so random but i used to watch where dancer rate idol dancing and dk is number 6/13 in the group which makes me think that he really is a good dancer eventhough he is main vocal in the group..

I really love the way you caption every point of DK strength, it's the same thing I became DK stan because DK is beyond his amazing look. The point that we missed the fact that they come from small agencies got me in tears, but seeing they're growing themselves competing with group from bigger company, they got highest respect. Thanks for making this video
