if kaiku sucks then agl broly sucks. on the turn truth died kaiku and broly both took 100k from the aoe pre super. only difference is that kaiku didnt have his guard, was a super class so he took more from omega, and wasnt on the 200. if all that is going against kaiku and he still tanks the same as agl broly while agl broly is on his own 200 percent and linked with his best partner then it sounds like agl broly is lackluster. keep coping tho. plus kaiku gives the heal which brolys team despratley needs not to mention the revive from teq goku.

to be fair he IS. u cant transform with the 2nd broly cuz of the domain making u wait another 4 turns and by then, he loses all his defensive buffs he got from the intro. thats why he took 100k on AOES from omega. tho it is very dumb of him to constantly float kaiku off rotation since he contributed to his losses when he couldve gotten the defensive buff and thats it.

I think I’ve never seen Truth do a worse job showcasing a unit than with Broly the amount of misplays he’s been doing using his team is STAGGERING I respect truths opinions on the game but when I compare that to mine or any other Dokkan player then I see a massive difference in skill

This is a rare case where crit is better DEFENSIVELY than dodge. Broly does so much damage that he can defeat bosses before they get a chance to attack... if you give him crit. I'm a dodge stan and was a defense stan before Truth back when he was sucking off offense in the pre-2021 era, but even I know 20 dodge on Broly is pure sabotage-both to Broly and to your chances of winning fights.

Truth you were missing hard in this video. The 2 runs you lost wasn't because of broly, it was because of carnival goku being on the team. You kept floating him off so he never had a chance to stack. you made it to omega when he had 200k def and no guard. That wasn't a broly problem that was a poor choice in team building.

Personally, I like to see runs with and without Gogeta on the team because it offers a greater perspective, and it shows the impact of how good Gogeta is. I will say that I’m not particularly a huge fan of him using both carnival Goku units though. There are more effective characters to be ran in their place than them.

Hes great I have him in top 3 personally but this video really shows that its gogeta that really covers up a lot of Brolys blind spots and honestly im ok with that. It’s great for the anniversary units to have synergy

If you give Broly full crit then he has a 50% chance to crit and a separate 26% to crit, so he'll be critting very often, Truth gave Broly 20 dodge meaning he's dodging 20% of attacks, there's a way better chance of winning by giving Broly full crit so he can finish off Bosses before they can attack anyone else on rotation than by giving him a 20% chance to dodge an attack that might do 100k or a super that does 250k before he gets his defensive buff. The scenarios in which Broly benefits from dodge more than crit are too rare to justify going dodge on him. Besides the reason Truth lost was because of Carnival Goku not Broly, Goku took 100k from the first aoe and only lived because of his survive K.O mechanic, and then he took 330k and once again only survived cause of the survive K.O mechanic, so even if both Broly's had Dodged every attack Carnival Goku would've died by taking 330k + from normals. If Broly had full crit he would've finished the fight before Omega had a chance to attack Goku. Broly want crit.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS MY OPINION! I don't care if I'm gonna get burned to the floor here, but I absolutely disagree with a full dodge build when it comes to Broly. He can tank AOEs no problem and has a perfect slot 1 unit to hold down that slot for him in Golden Frieza, or even himself post transformation. Giving him full dodge instead of AA and crits is a horrible build.

truth dude you didn't die because broly didn't dodge, you died because broly didn't finish and carnival goku didn't dodge just put full crit on that boy and let him cook, and don't say what if he still doesn't crit, you put dodge over 70% chances(mostly correct btw), but this dude puts out more attacks than he takes unlike 99% other units, if 3 or 4 of his 5 attacks crit the boss is done the reason dodge is better most is because units take more attacks than they put out but broly says WE ARE THE EXCEPTION, so just put full crit on that dude for now, it will be the better build until blue zone beast gohan in part 3 starts doing 1.5 mil normals. CRIT on this dude will have 70 chances to kick in while dodge will have 10 out of which 9 would have been double digits either way

Truth blaming Broly when Carnival Goku is taking 300k from normals. Broly's domain only increases the damage by 10%, so if Goku is taking 330k with the domain that means he's taking 300k flat without the domain. The reason he took 100k the first time is cause he survives k.o attacks.

Truth is usually the more "negetive" because he keeps it more real then other content creators that just say "oh this unit id great no flaws whatsoever perfection" just for the sake of not being seen as wrong or toxic by the childish community. Same thing between goresh and raiyuden Goresh is often more harsh on these units while raiyuden calls nearly every new unit even a mid banner unit "good" for the sake of positivity. Not that theres anything wrong with either approach but truth has the right to say what he says about broly, and hes not overblowing it he continues to call broly top 3 in the game, he just has valid points of weakness for broly, there is literally nothing wrong with that type of take.

Yeah that busted category has been dying for a viable leader for years. I believe Str Cooler was the last lead to that team. That was 2020. And his EZA meant he was a 170% lead, so TB was still missing a 200% lead. Iirc, that DFE Kale is a TB lead, but she's useless due to her bad team, so she doesn't count.

dude AGL carnival goku was not getting crushed because of that 10% extra damage from Broly's domain. When you run that unit, he needs to get hit and stack with his 18 ki. Let's not pretend like it's broly's fault or even an issue with his team. I was able to beat this event easily with damn near the same team build as the last run except my AGL zamasu, TEQ zamasu, INT golden frieza and broly are all 55%

@@DCDokkan remember that when he took 100k in the first run and 330k in the second that was not the actual damage number. Any further damage was not shown because AGL carnival goku survives the first KO attack that would kill him. It's highly likely damage was negated because he actually could've taken more damage but didn't because of that part of his passive, so in reality his defense was even lower than one might think based on the damage he took in those situations

It’s kind of funny that truth not paying attention and losing caused Truth to blame Broly. Maybe next time actually try?

Saying its a problem for Broly that Gogeta is a huge help to his team is manufacturing issues to downplay him. Also, full crit on Broly is the best build for him

@@JerrySpringerl well u can even out the crit and dodges. u can have 23 crit with 13 dodge and thatd still be sub optimal. though, maybe not that much crit in this case cuz truth in one of his videos mentioned how the HiPo system works and 1 crit counts for 2 points whereas 1 dodge counts for 1 point. so youd have another 46% chance to crit with it stacking on his 50% chance to crit. obviously amplifying it by a huge ton, though id say maybe go for 18 crit. Another 36% chance to crit.

Bro, I love truth and everything but cmon man. Something about this video left a bad taste in my mouth. The untransformed broly took 100k from normals because he didn't get his 18 ki stack on the turn before. And like everyone else in the comments is saying, crit makes the bosses disappear. And even if broly in slot one takes a lot of damage, once berserker activates, they get a lot stronger. Dude future gohan no intro and with out 18 ki damage reduction gets cooked, agl carnival Goku with 2 stacks no guard agains final phase gets cooked. I didn't like this video at all. Blud isnt paying attention

Pretty much every death here was because of intros running out, AGL carnival Goku specifically and almost Future Gohan, even without the domain it was death so Broly's or his team fault it wasnt.

You should try the extreme version of the team, TEQ Zamasu, Hirudegarn, INT Golden Frieza, AGL Zamasu/AGL Golden Frieza/Broly Cheelai and Lemo (when they EZA), and Gogeta as the RoG ally. It is very hard for this team to die, and it does a ton of damage, plus you basically don't have to worry about Broly's domain debuff.

Honestly at this point I'm just curious to see the fight if you go full crit build on broly and just bring a full extreme team (obv carnival gohan can still be brought), cause Broly doesn't have super effective against all types so just go full crit and try, never hurts trying

Truth I love you but what in the sonic wacky pack are you doing with this build and team.

I love this behemoth. And I love that his guard doesn't wear off unlike Gogeta on base, so I can be greedy stacking his ATK and decimating on his transformation You can get a lil ouchie before supering, but that's safe enough for me to gamble, since he's incredibly tanky afterwards even in base form To my eyes, he's number 1. A blessing for Extremes.

the reason that second broly took so much damage at the end of the first run was because you didn't let him get his 18 ki super on str omega, you shouldve put him slot one and the transformed one in slot 2

Truth you've forgotten that Kai Goku has his 1 time Ko survival skill. When he took 100k it was because you had 100k health left, when he took 300k it was cause you had 300k health left. Broly didn't do anything in those situations, maybe Kai Goku would've took less than 300k if the domain wasn't up but who knows.

Im usually on truth’s side with the dodge builds but 20 dodge on broly is stupid He says himself that he’s almost never gonna see broly transform so why not give him more crit and blow through everything. He even said it himself last year that not going full-crit on cooler would be hurting him so how is that any different here If anything I can reason with 10 dodge but 20 is hurting broly

Gogetaa heal might be the most underrated ability. That is op. And arguably the most useful mechanic. Multiple turn healing in this meta is huge. Broly don't got that unfortunately.

Literally just run a single giant character and beerus is a joke; also yeah, 100k turn 1 before getting his 50% def increase for 4 turns is better than 90%+ of the game already, and that is flat out without his 50% buff up. Hell, OP can take over 100k turn 1 against teq omega, so can bulma, so can future gohan, so can gogeta, so can literally every unit cus he's turn 1, except most units take more than 100k 💀

Truth I love you but sometimes you have really bad decisions and alot of the time it's because of the "showcase" setting that hold you back from actualy seeing how useful and relevant units can be used. (p.s please fix your Broly team, it's not because the team is bad, more like you are using non ideal units and how you are prioritizing your super attacks)
