Well, yeah, as she explained it’s just someone’s cousin getting a video of her going “uwu baaaybee” :D And that comes with being put on every pedestal and being more or less jammed into people’s feeds. So it’s clear they won’t understand her if they don’t to begin with. I think understanding this helps deal with the criticism better. They’re not necessarily her target audience. (Aka people who find the “uwu baybeee” funny like we do.) 😂 + Enjoying her music. It’s just part of finding who can be potential fans. No one has a 100% approval rating, anyway. I bet even the Pope has haters. 😅 You can’t please everyone.

The music industry and society are so used to everyone having the same hair/makeup/clothes/body/face that when we see a person being truly themselves we don't know how to act. Being yourself nowadays and doing whatever you want is considered weird. Being expressive is weird. Doja is such a good example of this. She should do whatever SHE wants. I'm so tired of the hate that has been going on twitter lately. And as for Doja's situation it makes me sad, because I see other white influencer/models/whatever doing crazy shoots too but nobody is telling them that they're sick, crazy, or in need of help ect, I don't want to make it about the colour of someone's skin but that is what I noticed , I won't drop names so don't even bother asking but there's this one white person in particular that lately has been doing some shoots, that give me Doja's vibe, and everyone is like "it's ART" and in my opinion it's really not fair since many are not responding negatively to Doja's. Doja’s right. Upon listening to this for 8 minutes she has a point. I don’t feel like she’s being forced down my throat bc I like her, but I don’t feel that way about Harry Styles or even Ariana Grande a few years ago. They reached a stage in their careers where they are actively forced down the “general populace’s” throat, and that tripled their criticism. Even increased their chances of being cancelled. 👀 It’s not their own fans doing it, it’s the grand public who are tired of being overexposed to them. She has a point.
