Yeah... He's clearly forgotten... Though, the M16 is not all that common. FAMAS is a meta gun, the M16 isn't... Maybe it was used more at first since the CoD4 M16 was OP and it eventually shift when they realized the FAMAS was better..?

The UMP45 was never underrated. Never have i ever seen a match in mw2 were someone wasn't running a ump45 stealth class. It was almost a mw2 standard to have a ump45 silenced.

You already know that fortunate is gonna be most of the MW2 clips.

The fact that the f2000 is above the m16 is a crime.

​@@FreddyFazbear1985 The Famas was way better than the M16A4, the one burst range was around 30% longer, the burst rpm was higher and burst delay shorter and the recoil was more vetical and less horiziontal. There was nothing that the M16A4 did better except for reloading 0.03s faster. No reason to ever pick the M16 over the Famas in MW2

Look at the maps man Quarry, scrapyard, terminal, favela, estate, highrise, afghan. Great maps.

I haven't even watched this, but I know Chaos has the F2000 ranked incorrectly and that there will be an uproar

At this point, all of Jimmy’s lists are just contradicting each other. I can’t wait for the Black Ops list.

The ranking is kinda weird, sometimes a gun is ranked higher, but you're more negative with it than the lower ranked gun. Also the F2000 is higher than the MG4 and HBAR?!

For the amount of times you diss the f200, calling it the worst ar in the game. Putting it above the m16 is weird

The ACR isn't even borderline OP... It's just easy to use, sounds good and has less muzzle flash than the M4. If the ACR was a an expert surgeon listening to classical music, the M4 was a world class expert surgeon that listens to heavy metal. That's why I really don't want MW2 mp to be remastered because guys like these don't even realize what is actually the best and will get the wrong weapons nerfed. Like the highest TTK weapons are the MP5K, Vector, L86 and the F2000, but none of those are meta full autos.

I love you Jimmy, but I will respectfully have to disagree with the list. In my opinion you've got some these guns on the complete wrong side of the list

As someone who got Fall on the F2000, it’s way to high. Above the M4A1 is insane. Also, he said the P90 is in the upper tier of SMGs and it’s below the F2000?

Specify what your ranking if your talking about stats or popularity.

The ACR was my favorite from MW2 and MW3. It had great iron sights so an optic wasn’t necessary unless you really wanted one.

The P90 is good in every game it in. The MW 2019 P90 is so underated

I agree with almost every gun on this list, with two exceptions in terms of placing and few in terms of explaining: - Famas should be somewhere around position 4 or 3 - Swap F2000 with M21 - UMP underrated? Holy hell, I played MW2 for about 2-3 years after release and at some point (after ~6 months) I felt like 50% of entire playerbase was using UMP exclusively. That gun was everywere, in every configuration and loadout imagineable. League-scene back in the day was also filled with it, it was usually one sniper in team, and 3-4 UMPs.

I ran the SCAR-H with stopping power and loved it even with all the awful quickscoping. Spent over 1000 hours in that multiplayer. Good times man.

MP5k was my favourite sub machine gun. I never stopped using either it or the USP45. and I got serious work done with them.

I was a sniper back in the days, from mw2 all the way to bo2, but I gotta say that the intevention, even though was arguably one of the best sniper in cod history, I think was not better than the acr. I mean sure, the intervention was a hell of a beast, but it required skill to be used, while the acr on the other hand was just too good

The ACR and M21 EBR were my best weapons

“The tar 21, it had low damage compared to the other assault rifles in MW2, but it fired really fast.” This guy honestly has no idea what he’s on about. It had the exact same damage profile as the AK47 that he previously said “hits like a truck”, along with the fact it had a slightly higher fire rate than the AK. But it did not have low damage, and did not fire really fast. The fire rate was under 700rpm.

Tar-21, Scar, and ACR are 3 of the greatest cod guns of all time.

To be fair, as long as you had Stopping Power, all guns were viable and fun to use. I was a big fan of the M4A1 while everyone was using the ACR, so I kept using the M4A1 and I ended winning the gunfights simply because of the higher fire rate. Same thing with MP5K vs UMP.

See... This is what people never got. The highest TTK weapons were never meta in MW2, because they were more niche or less managable. Like Stopping Power on the L86 made it the unholy offspring... And MP5K was always better as an SMG when the UMP was just more well rounded. Like the Ranger and M1014 were high damage monsters, that could obliterate Painkiller, but they weren't meta because they didn't have as much damage range. Or ammo capacity.

@@sgamessjlego I agree with that. In this modern era we live in, if MW2R MP becomes reality most of youtubers will try to find metas where it shouldn't exist and mess up the whole experience. This type of balance worked really well because the higher the TTK was for a weapon, the harder it was to control it (MP5K, TAR, L86). This is one of the reasons I prefer older CoD titles, because you weren't forced to use meta weapons to be effective, you could just play with your favourite ones, get good with them and have fun your own way.

I started playing cod 4... but I truly got into the cod series and became a lifetime fan of cod during mw2. My go to guns were the ump 45, acr, scar h and tar 21 lol. But I liked most of the guns in the game tbh. Most of them were usable in any game. You didn't have to use the best guns to have fun. But obviously I did anyway lmao Edit: how is the ump not #1? I get the acr being #2... I would have switched the ump and the intervention. Aside from that I agree with your list completely lol

Unfortunately i didn't play mw2 during its prime due to me not having a ps3 or 360 but i was a big fan of the m4a1 in it and the fammas when i did get the chance to play it

aug with grip is basically a 2 hit laser

The real-life Intervention uses ammo specifically made for that gun, not standard sniper cartridges like .50 BMG, .338 Lapua, or 7.62x51mm NATO. That hurts its real-life accessibility.

My. Favorite was the F2000 once you perfected its craft you were good
