There are videos with his "real voice". What you call real voice is called "Soft Spoken" Just search for Matijn ASMR Soft Spoken and you'll find videos with his "real voice" :)

For what it's worth "real voice" is also a way Matijn has described it. E.g. kzread.infoEiS3z-lNBIY But yeah, as a category it's definitely easier to find as "soft spoken".
