The smell probably puts them off too. Quad suits are actually a really good way of doing so. The guy in the video is wearing a quad suit, which is basically a fursuit on all fours! I can imagine it would be fun too. Though, they are extremely expensive, stuffy and very difficult to manoeuvre in.

You can always count on children and animals to be 100% genuine. I completely relate to the dogs' reactions of "wtf is that creepy thing?!" lol

So basically, he’s walking in his hands and knees, with his feet tied to the back of his thighs and the head of the costume is attached to some sort of helmet (that makes him basically blind and deaf, tho that’s why he’s having so much trouble moving and interacting) All in all, it’s pretty ingenious!

It's a slippery slope. Today it's dog costumes but tomorrow these people will be lobbying for interspecies marriage. And how do we deal with issues of consent surrounding that? Do you really think it should just be assumed that Mrs. Doggo is down for whatever? Because by saying "he isn't hurting" anyone today, you're basically supporting canine marital sex abuse tomorrow.

In this case no, this person brings no harm to anyone but people's world view is so easily shattered by someone saying screw norms I'm going to find my happiness, because they didn't have the confidence to do so themselves. It reminds them of the shame they feel for wanting to do things that aren't *gasp* "normal" yet can't break free of conformity like good little servants to the overlords who take advantage of that day in and day out making them work till they are bitter old people.
