Pretty much. In a game with giant blood thirsty toys that see us as dinner, where Poppy sees us as a tool to end the madness down here, Dogday is the first to voice concern about our safety, that we should get out. None of the other characters voice that. And his death is beyond brutal.

I wished I could save as many toys as possible (Huggy, Bunzo, the wack-a-huggies, Puppipiller, Mommy Long Legs, Kissy, and Dogday), even if there are a few that I'm still on the fence about (Poppy is 50/50 cause I don't know if I trust her yet, and Miss Delight and Catnap just straight up scare me). I feel like it would be more fun trying to save the toys, while also not getting killed in the process.

I don't know, given how they say Catnap worshiped the Prototype and then have Dogday refer to the PC as 'Poppys Angel' kinds makes me think both sides can't be trusted. If the warnings to ignore Poppy and turn back were to be believed at all...Maybe Poppy is the greater evil here?

@@lukeb1299if you focus on the lore. closely, PPT is like FNaF. both kids being the antagonists. but in fnaf, the ghost kids possess the monsters (animatonics) while ppt is where they extract the kids insides body to a their own body (toy). the characters will based on the kid's behaviours ofc. just keep in mind, catnap killing his friends is because its theo that’s controlling, because theo follow orders from the prototype way before he became an experiment. if the scientist puts another kid on experiment 1188 then catnap would’ve acted like how he is in the cartoon

Nice to Angel saving DogDay, and kind of smart thinking to them, cauterizing his wound and stitching him up. And it was ad and very wholesome that he kept the pendants of his friends he lost and he never let's go of them. Best ending overall 💛 🧡

the end made me tear up; a Disney reference too. 😢Dogday really is the greatest boy.

DogDay lost his friends to the Prototype and the Hour of Joy which broke him so much. In the game, we don’t have a choice to save him and let him being eaten by the Mini Critters who use his empty shell as a suit which saddens all of us. Glad the fan comics allow us fans to have a choice of saving DogDay, to give him another chance in life.

This would of been a cool concept. A chase scene, where your on the back of dog day , pushing shooting the small toys away while going through the playhouse.

EXACTLY! There was so much they could of done! They had 8 characters they could use to fight or join your team or sm. What they gave us?: A CAT THAT THINKS ITS BATMAN AND A SWEET BOI WHO DIES IN LESS OF 3 MINUTES OF MEETING HIM. I felt they could of done more character and gameplay-wise but who knows, I have no idea if its related to the other later chapters.

However I can see why she was added on... much to our dismay. Was the smiling critters were once kids surgically turned into toys and I dont know if they would of had the time or the money to teach them about safety or study a whole curriculum to teach before sending them to Playcare which makes sense I guess...

This was wonderful! This also felt very in character: I feel like the bigger body Dogday we see just sounds so defeated and broken inside. Whenever he refers to himself, he makes it sound like he’s not worth it. But he is worth it, he’s the only character we’ve met that hasn’t tried to hurt us, lie to us, or anything like that. This was great!

I think the ones who tried to help others escape were Hoppy and Kickin, the one who got lost to the factory was Bubba and the two that went insane were Bobby and Crafty. But CatNap and Piggy were correct.

I feel so sad about it.

[This is what i think happened to the smiling critters] 1. I have lost one to the prototype... means catnap joined the prototype because the prototype understand how he felt and wanted to help by taking the the pain away and catnap wanted get revenge on the ones who made them into what they are today. 2. Two dying while helping others escape...means hoppy hopscotch & kicking chicken were trying to help others escape but where killed in the end. 3. One lost to this gigantic place... means Bobby bearhug was lost while trying to escape with her friends and was separated from them and then she found out that catnap killed the rest of the smiling critters she went into hiding somewhere in the factory but was found and killed. 4. Two going insane... means crafty corn and babba babbafent went insane when the hour of joy began and started killing the workers but then the rest of the smiling critters found out and they had no choice but to kill crafty and babba because they were to dangerous. 5&6. One feasting three to survive...means picky piggy had to eat half of her friends to stay alive and after that she was still hungry but there was no more food so she died of hunger and parished. I'm sorry if I said to much I wanted to let you guys know what probably happened to the smiling critters.

The fan theory of the protagonist, I think,is they were the unknown head of production for the factory and may have been one unaware of the experiments happening since not all the heads like Stella knew about them.

the way he held onto his friends charms :( also heres what i think he means because im an over analyzer feel free to share your own thoughts and theories :) 1 to the prototype: catnap being manipulated into joining him 2 trying to help others escape: presumably hoppy and bubba, bubba i feel would die early being the smartest and knowing the right passages but being a large elephant wouldnt help him move fast through those tight spaces very well. Hoppy says jump at the end of her voiceline saying how nothing matters dont look at your feet just jump, she probably was helping evacuate kids telling them to jump that nothing else mattered anymore and just to jump ( the last jump at the dogday chase ) 1 lost to this gigantic place: im gonna say thats Mrs delight since she cant move unless she had a target ig? most likely she got stuck and lost ( this could also fit bobby now that i look back at her voicelines and the point Starcat12399 brought up, she mightve gotten lost and when she was found picky ate her so this one is iffy between mrs delight and bobby ) 2 going insane: catnap and picky, picky became a cannibal due to hunger and catnap slowly lost it because i really dont think he just was crazy i think he slowly lost his morality after joining the prototype 1 feasting, 3 to survive, in the end she perished: referencing i think picky consuming kicken, crafty and bobby due to hunger and growing insane but soon died either because she was killed by those little shits ( idk what theyre called ) or she starved/dogday had to put her down because she was becoming a hazard/danger Edit: somethings ive noticed after reviewing their voice lines again is that kicken chickens death and crafty corns dont really fully line up with anything? tho ill try to make things make some sense?.. like kicken saying hed take the first step out into the sun then dying tho that may just have been him referencing how they nearly got out, were killed left for scraps THEN picky found him and ate him, crafty corn getting upset and accusing the player of hiding things from her then dying might also just be a loose way of saying bobby ( because she is red ) was eaten after they had found her ( because she was lost or i think she mightve been ) and picky was tryna hide it from her so she wouldnt be scared and she got upset and was killed next because she found out then kicken was found, but idrk

​@@starcat12399 ( apologies if this is somewhat wrong idrk what you're tryna say ) i think you could still repeat characters because i doubt their deaths and fates were all straight forward.. also i feel like because of craftycorns " everything has light and beauty in it " she wouldnt have fallen into insanity. Like an artist her mind was more open to possibilities ect maybe shed be a bit hopelessly delusional about being saved but i dont think she went insane. Bobby is a solid theory tho, with her having attachment issues, but i think shed come closer to the line " 1 lost to this gigantic place " because of her voicelines now looking back at it. Its not specific who dogday is referring to in the comic so im just stating characters that dogday WOULDVE known or wouldve been worked with, one wouldve been mrs delight so i feel like shed be one of the people hed atleast mention considering she did help teach all the kids and they themselves yk if theory makes sense are kids from the orphanage.
