✨💖✨Years ago, my husband and I had an impromptu canoe trip on Puget Sound. Our 1st westie was with us. The water was so clear that you capfuls see fish darting around. Our old MacG liked watching them. Imagine our surprise wen, plunk, over he went after the fish. This was over 35 years ago, so no little life jacket. But he loved the water and loved swimming, so the biggest fear was the cold. He didn’t get his fish, but I’m sure he had grand stories of the one that got away ;)

I’ve had 3 Westies, my favorite breed and the best looking breed, at least, my thoughts. My 3rd Westie was 15 and 8 months when she passed, Aug 24th 2021, I’m still heartbroken, I cry daily, I miss her so much. I absolutely adore watching you and Sami together, you’re a wonderful Mom to him, and what’s not to love, he’s precious. Thank you so much for sharing Sami with us. My westie (8 yr) since very little loved going into the water, swimming and lately when we can go camping, she is the first in the kayak, the curios thing is when she is on it, she keeps barking, I know she is not afraid because she gets on it by herself, never the less is a never ending barking until she returns to land. Thanks for sharing.

This is so helpful. My Seamus falls off my board but I keep his leash too long! We were on the water just yesterday. Thank you so much for such an obvious solution to keep him in place on my SUP! I wish I could share a photo with you! Always enjoy your adventures. 🐾❤️🐾
