Using this to train my brain to not be disturbed by dog barks, as i live in a village where i have to be able to sleep despite dogs barking all night.

My child loves this ..

My neighbours dog barks early morning so I put this on in Middle of the night through my stereo speaker hanging out my window. 😂👍

It's amazing voice

A few measurements I conducted inside the house with a phone and this sound clip on a 150W 5.1 system with 100W subwoofer, @ 3 meters range, (wall thickness 30 cm brick), to check frequency penetration through EPS that is NOT a good sound insulator. (Subwoofer turned away from door) Open door: 69-75 dB Closed, poorly sealed cheap plywood indoor door: 59-64 dB Closed +20 cm of cheap EPS leftover insulation pushed against the wall: 46-54 dB (Subwoofer turned to door) Open door: 70-78 dB Closed door: 60-68 dB Closed +20 cm EPS: 49-60 dB Also tried low frequency on lower volume, 300 Hz tone: Open door: 53-54 dB Closed door: 39-40 dB Closed +20 cm EPS: 32-36 dB Of course it's different in every house, but the bad door combined with a poor sound insulator performed quite well despite my low expectations.
